# Is nCino&#39;s Mortgage Suite worth it for digital mortgage closing?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I'm trying to work out whether nCino's Mortgage Suite is worth it specifically for<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/digital-mortgage-closing"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/digital-mortgage-closing">digital mortgage closing</a>, and I'd like a reality check from people who use it or review it. </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">On paper the closing piece is real, not a weak bolt-on:<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/ncino-s-mortgage-suite/reviews"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/ncino-s-mortgage-suite/reviews"><strong>nCino's Mortgage Suite</strong></a> (the former SimpleNexus) runs hybrid, RON, and full digital closings, with e-note and e-vault certified to Fannie and Freddie requirements, all inside one borrower login that runs from application to close. That single-login borrower experience is its biggest draw.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">My read is that it is worth it mainly when you want the whole application-to-close platform in one place, with closing as part of that. If you only need best-in-class eClosing and already have a point-of-sale or origination system, a specialist like<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/eclosing-by-snapdocs/reviews"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/eclosing-by-snapdocs/reviews"><strong>eClosing by Snapdocs</strong></a> may be leaner and stronger on the title and settlement side. Two things to weigh: with nCino you are committing to the whole platform, not buying a standalone closing tool, and some users say the default settings are rigid and hard to customize.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">So for anyone living on it: is the closing piece pulling its weight on its own, or is it worth it mostly because the rest of the suite already carries the borrower experience?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>

If your origination already runs on nCino, the closing piece is probably worth it purely for the single borrower login. If you&#39;re buying it just for eClosing, Snapdocs will be leaner and won&#39;t require adopting the whole platform to get there.
