  ### 1. Most efficient email and LinkedIn automation yet

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply.io is a really efficient tool for email and LinkedIn automation. I've been using it for two of the brands I'm handling, and it makes outreach easier, since it lets you do it all in one place. Set-up is simple, and it definitely saves you so much time when you're running outreach prospects on a regular basis. A game changer for organization and scaling outreach without the manual work.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

There are occasional technical issues, such as delays in sending sequences or minor bugs but nothing major. The best part? Their support team is extremely responsive and quick to resolve issues when they arise. They’ve been really helpful, so even when something goes wrong, it doesn’t stay an issue for long.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply.io helps me automate email and LinkedIn outreach, we've been doing that weekly for more than a year now and I'm the one solely handling our outreach so it saves me so much time compared to doing it manually. It keeps everything organize, streamlines everything, and improves response rates by ensuring consistent engagement.

  ### 2. Easy Automation, Accessible Reports, and Easy Task Conditions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rashmi Kishin K. | GTM Intelligence Account Manager - GTM and Revenue, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Easy automation and reports can easily accessible. For me the functionality of conditions that enable me to direct my tasks feels solid.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I was hoping to have AI integrated, and now that's done too. So nothing much really.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automates my outreach without much efforts, keeps my list in one place, helps me look at dashboards and understand stats without exporting or manual updates.

  ### 3. The Ultimate Lead Generation Tool for Customer Growth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken A. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply.io has been the best lead generation tool that I've ever used. It helped us acquire more customers per year than ever before.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Nothing comes to mind, it does what it's supposed to do.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating my cold outreach to save me tons of time and improve efficiency.

  ### 4. If you do any kind of outbound outreach at scale, this tool saves a ton of time.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anton B. | Leadgen Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Pros:

Super intuitive UI – even if you’re not very technical, it’s easy to get going

Multichannel is legit: email + LinkedIn + calls in one flow

Love the sequence builder – very flexible and easy to tweak

Great integration with HubSpot – syncing contacts & activities works smoothly

Reporting is simple but helpful – open/reply rates, bounce tracking, etc.

Shared inbox is a nice touch for the team to collaborate and see responses.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Cons:

LinkedIn automation feels a bit clunky, not always reliable

Pricing could be more flexible for teams that scale up gradually

Sometimes emails land in Promotions tab even with warm domain

Would be great to have a dark mode :)

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using it, our team spent too much time manually sending emails and tracking follow-ups in spreadsheets. Now, we automate large parts of the process while still keeping messages personalized and relevant. It also solves the issue of team collaboration - we can see each other’s progress, share templates, and track performance in one place.

The biggest benefit is time saved. Our team can focus more on strategy and lead qualification, while Reply handles the repetitive work in the background. It's also helping us improve response rates thanks to built-in A/B testing and analytics.

  ### 5. Robust Capabilities with a Slight Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I appreciate Reply for its robust capabilities, especially the smart logic and decision trees that enhance its functionality. The personalization options for both email and LinkedIn messaging are incredibly useful, facilitating our outreach goals. The integration of LinkedIn and email allows seamless communication, which is something not many platforms offer. I find the ability to automatically revoke LinkedIn connection requests particularly beneficial for maintaining touchpoints efficiently. The ease with which Reply works alongside Salesforce for managing contacts and leads is impressive, though it could improve on account syncing. The supportive and hands-on setup assistance from the Reply team greatly helped us overcome the initial learning curve. Additionally, the feature that allows users to 'set it and forget it' with smart detections for email and LinkedIn integration is a significant time-saver. Overall, Reply offers comprehensive coverage for LinkedIn and email messaging, making it a valuable tool for our digital communication strategy.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I find that there is definitely a learning curve when setting up the tool, which can be kind of difficult at first. Although the setup process can become manageable after getting accustomed to it, the initial complexity could be a barrier for new users. Additionally, while using it with Salesforce, I noticed it lacks the capability to sync with the account object, which I believe could be improved to make the integration more comprehensive.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply helps us achieve integrated LinkedIn and email outreach, enhancing lead generation with smart automation. Its robust features make repeated touchpoints seamless, and team coordination effective, despite an initial setup challenge.

  ### 6. A solid platform that keeps improving — great for scaling outbound with control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply.io made it incredibly easy to get up and running. We were launching live sequences within a day, we use Reply daily, it’s central to our outbound workflow and consistently handles high email volume without issues.. The UI is clean and intuitive, and it supports multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) without overcomplicating things. The sequencing logic is flexible enough for advanced flows, but still accessible for new users. Support has been excellent so far.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The reporting dashboards could offer a bit more granularity and custom filtering. Also, while it supports multichannel well, the LinkedIn integration can occasionally be limited by LinkedIn's own restrictions not a Reply issue, but worth noting.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply helps us streamline and scale our outbound process across email, calls, and LinkedIn, all from one platform. I'm able to run hybrid sequences with full control over timing, messaging, and targeting, without relying on multiple tools. It eliminates manual follow-ups, keeps sequences organised, and gives clear visibility into performance. That’s helped me stay consistent, move faster, and scale outreach while saving time and maintaining personalisation.

  ### 7. Powerful & flexible system for bulk emails that appear 1:1

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stacy S. | Director of Growth, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I use it daily to reach out to prospects. The emails look 1:1, although they are mass. There are a lot of options to customize/personalize, including spintax and AI help writing optional messages to test. It ensures I don't have people in two sequences at the same time. It allows me to blacklist (unsubscribe) people. Automated help is better than usual, and human help (although you may have to wait an hour or so to get it) is really good.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

It has a lot of capabilities, which makes it complex, which gives it a bit of a learning curve. There are some minor features that could be easier to use.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply allows me to reach out to prospects at scale, quickly and easily.

  ### 8. A practical, reliable tool built with real email marketing experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** komeil g. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

As someone who has built and used in-house email marketing solutions, I really appreciate how practical and well-designed Reply is. The workflows, automation logic, and team collaboration features clearly reflect a deep understanding of cold outreach and best practices. It’s intuitive but powerful, and has made campaign management much smoother for us

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

So far, my experience has been very positive, and I haven’t run into any major issues. If I had to mention something, I’d say that some analytics and reporting features could offer a bit more granularity for advanced users — but overall, everything works very well for my needs.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply has helped us streamline and scale our outreach efforts significantly. Managing cold email campaigns and follow-ups used to be time-consuming and scattered across different tools. With Reply, we now have everything in one place — from contact management to automated sequences and detailed performance tracking. It saves us time, increases our response rates, and allows us to experiment and optimize more effectively.

  ### 9. Effortless Sequence Creation Makes Outreach a Breeze

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I love the ease of creating and running sequences.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I don't like that it is hard to track follow ups for one specific person. I wish I could set a date to follow up and it go right into my tasks.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply is helping me to stay on top of sequences that run in the background. I don't use Reply to go "snipe" and go after top people, I more use it to run tasks that run in the background and add to what I am currently doing.

  ### 10. expert-level experience in campaign design, automation and performance tracking for B2B crypto sales

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vadym B. | Business Growth Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

We don’t have anything bad in mind regarding Reply.io

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply.io helps automate outreach and follow-ups, making it easier to manage multiple campaigns and communication channels in one place. It reduces manual work for our team and keeps outbound efforts more structured and efficient.

  ### 11. launch email campaigns in 5 steps

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Salman M. | Tyson, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

literally set up campaigns in just 5 steps

now its a marketing platform powerhouse as we have integrated and established our workflows directly without any human interventions
atleast 1 campaign is set up daily and its a breeze, super amazing UI

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

support takes a bit of time yet answers all the questions i think most of the things are really great

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

now its easier to set up a sequence as most of the hardwork of domain management is taken up by reply and we focus just on content with its chatgpt powered editing space and increase the likelihood of receiving the response with its realtime paramters

  ### 12. Effortless Multichannel Campaigns Made Easy

**Reviewed by:** Pavel Z. | Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Continuous lead generating. I automate cold outreach for various areas of the company.

  ### 13. Great Email Automation Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply.io has been a game changer for my outreach efforts. One of the things I appreciate most is its ease of use — the platform is intuitive and straightforward, making it easy to set up and manage campaigns without a steep learning curve.

The ability to send personalized mass emails at scale has helped me reach a wider audience efficiently, while still maintaining a personal touch. I also love that Reply.io provides detailed analytics, including open rates, click-through rates, and response data. These insights have been incredibly valuable in helping me understand what messaging resonates and in optimizing future outreach.

Overall, Reply.io has made my email outreach faster, smarter, and more effective. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their sales or marketing communication!

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

It is a basic program so unless you can code it's difficult to make adjustments to font etc

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to email my customers and prospects in an automated way. Allows me to know who is viewing and clicking on my emails.

  ### 14. The platform is incredibly user-friendly,

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander S. | Lead generation manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The analytics and reporting features are a game changer, too. I can track open rates, responses, and overall campaign performance in real-time, which helps me constantly improve my strategy. Plus, the integration with other tools I use saves me a lot of time!

What really stands out for me is the support team. They’ve been super responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions or needed guidance. It’s great to know there are real people behind the platform who care about my success.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I've been exploring the Reply platform, and while it has some great features, there are a few things that didn't quite work for me. I found the user interface a bit overwhelming at times, and it took me a while to get used to it. Additionally, some automation options felt a bit limited for my specific needs.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has really boosted my engagement rates and saved me a lot of time. I'm finding it much easier to keep track of conversations and measure results.

  ### 15. Awesome outreach multi-tool that just works

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron K. | Head of IT Consulting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

If you need to create an effective outreach sequence - than this is the right choice. It only takes a few steps to start a campaign and you can always edit it at any time. Moreover, it allows you to select the time zones for different countries across the globe. And my favourite - Reply gives the freedom to mix multiple channels and the way you engage with leads, be it email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn.
I'm not even going to mention AI, CRM integration - it's there and it's working.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I would say it's definitely not for noobs, as the learning curve might be a little steep for most people, especially if you're not in areas like IT or tech in general. I'd appreciate if LinkedIn integration could be better and if they could add Dark or even Black sorta AMOLED mode.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outreach and email campaigns - all done in auto mode, saves a ton of time that we can spend on other important tasks. It has all we need - contact management, autosequences and detailed reporting. As a result, we have a higher response rate now.

  ### 16. Powerful Automation and Analytics for Campaign Success

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The automation and analysis of capabilities as well as tracking replies to emails within campaigns. I also like that there is a help button that I can reach out to someone if there's any issues.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Sometimes when I set up a campaign to launch an email "immediately" it takes some time to start sending.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply is solving our issues with being able to schedule 1:1 outlook emails out in advance as well as tracking our email metrics for our 1:1 campaigns. It has been a great help and even allows us to send emails to those who have not opened, replied to, or clicked on our emails.

  ### 17. Reply had me keep coming back because of their exemplary support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shafayat H. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The support team always responds within the same day. Their warming up tool, mailtoaster - has to be the best in the industry!

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The AI features and real-time B2B data was priced at a much higher point than I was comfortable paying.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply is helping me scale my outreach campaigns and have become a vital sales engagement tool.

  ### 18. Reply.io is amazing so far, can’t live without it.

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I’ve used pretty much every outbound platform under the sun, and Reply.io just gets it. The interface is clean, the logic behind sequences is flexible, and deliverability tools (shoutout to MailToaster) are actually built to keep your emails landing, not just blasting. I love how customizable everything is... from merge tags and email logic to multi-channel steps and CRM sync. It makes building complex, high-performing sequences feel easy. the support team is also unmatched.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Maybe just better admin control over permissions, etc.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping the user interface super clean and making life easy in terms of keeping email domains healthy.

  ### 19. Responsive Customer Experience Team That Acts on Feedback Fast

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Investment Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Customer experience team that's ready to help and/or implement feedback quickly

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Slightly rigid about add-on services credits, e.g., email verifications can be bought only in 5k/month bundles, no fewer

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for outreach to cold contacts.

  ### 20. User-Friendly Interface with Room for Better Feature Guidance

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan A. | President and CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The interface is straightforward and user-friendly, and I appreciate that updates are regularly provided.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Certain technical features can be challenging to use, and there often isn't enough guidance available for them.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply has helped automate my sales targeting and follow-up processes, which has resulted in cold contacts becoming warm leads.

  ### 21. I use this platform on a daily basis for my work.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lukas T. | Chief Growth Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

What I love most is how easy it is to set up email sequences - you can literally have a campaign running in 30 minutes. The interface is super intuitive, no need to spend hours figuring out how everything works. Plus the analytics are pretty detailed, so you can quickly see which emails are performing and which ones aren't.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Sometimes the Gmail sync gets buggy and I have to reconnect my account, which is annoying. I wish there were more ready-made templates for different industries - the selection feels a bit limited right now.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue was manually tracking all prospects and writing follow-up emails - it's just impossible to do at scale. Reply automates this whole process, so now I can focus on actually working with people who are genuinely interested. As a result, my conversion to sales has roughly doubled.

  ### 22. Solid Sales Automation Tool That Gets the Job Done

Overall, it’s a reliable platform that does what it promises and is highly functional.

I have even recommended it to 3 other companies that I regularly work with.

Mass emails and follow ups for campaigns has been very helpful

  ### 24. Great AI Responses, But Some Drawbacks

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I really appreciate how user-friendly the platform is. It simplifies campaign management and automation, and the follow-up scheduling keeps everything consistent without manual effort. The clear analytics also help us understand and optimize our outreach.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

There’s not much to dislike, but if I had to mention something, it might be that some advanced customization options could be expanded. Still, overall the platform meets our needs very well.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply has been a great addition to our outreach toolkit. The platform is user-friendly and makes it easy to manage and automate campaigns without getting overwhelmed. I really like how it helps keep follow-ups consistent and timely, which saves us a ton of manual work. The analytics are clear and give useful insights into what's working. ### 31. Outstanding Support from Maria – Truly Appreciated!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stanko M. | Affiliate manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

What I like best about Reply is how easy it makes managing cold email campaigns.
The automation features are powerful but still allow for a personal touch, which is key in getting real responses. I also love how organized everything is — from sequences to analytics — it helps me stay on top of my outreach without getting overwhelmed.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I can't think of something. There is nothing i dislike.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply helps me automate and streamline my email outreach, which saves a huge amount of time and effort.
Instead of manually following up with leads or tracking responses, I can set up smart sequences and let the platform handle it. It also ensures no lead falls through the cracks. This has helped me stay consistent, scale my outreach, and ultimately close more deals.

  ### 32. Reply.io is a great value add

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

We've found reply.io to be very easy to to use and a great value add for our recruiting them. The support staff has always we been extremely helpful. It is also a better price point that competitors in the market. The consolidation of email warm up has also helped our team without having to use a third party vendor for that part.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Sometimes the tracking data seems a bit glitchy. It will appear and disappear on the screen. This luckily has been a minor issue and does not impact our day to day workflow.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply allows us to create a recruiting outreach flow that we can then sit back and let play out. It makes life a lot easier for us.

  ### 33. Super Functional and Fun Once You Get the Hang of It

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Venture Capital & Private Equity | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Takes a second to use but it's super functional and great (and actually fun?) to use once you get the hang of it!

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

I've lost more time than I would've liked to in programming some of my email threads. You have to be super careful with using specific characters, etc.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me a ton with my cold email outreach. I've built my entire engine around this and it links great with Pipedrive.

  ### 34. My right hand for sequnces

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel K. | Head of Business Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I have been working is sales for several years and used another tool for automation before. Compare to that one, Reply is more convenient, has user-friendly interface, and just feature-rich tool for sequence automation. I use Reply on daily basis and there are things that I like the most:
1) As I target leads from different countries and continents, I like the option of choosing the time zone for each sequence. That gives me a chance to use Reply around the clock.
2) Now I can launch more advanced sequnces as Reply offers me multiple communication channels (to name a few, LinkedIN, emails, WhatsApp), so I can design a scenario and mix the ways of reaching the contact out.
3) I can view my own statistics for a particular time period in the Report section.
4) Thanks to a special access I can check the suqences of my team members.
5) I can import contacts for sequences in different ways - for me the most used way is the automatic integration from our CRM, but I also tried csv files and manual records.
6) At any time can get fast tips from customer support with the appropriate articles to read.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The contact can participate in one sequence at a time. Sometimes, I need to launch a second small sequence to inform my contacts about the upcoming webinar and do that without removing them from the major sequence. So, if I add them to the second one they are automaticaly removed from the first sequence.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Issues that Reply solves: email outreach scaling, comparison of different communication channels, decrease of routine manual work. Now I can invest my time to more strategic aspects, like:
-- study what new needs or "pains" may apear in target companies,
-- explore what other type of companies might be in need of our solutions.
-- create more accurate messages for new sequences.
-- design scenarios for sequence automations.
-- have more time for team discussion and calls with contacts.

  ### 35. Simplifying sales outreach with automation and great support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oleksandra K. | CRM Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply has totally transformed how I handle sales outreach. The interface is clean and intuitive, so I had no trouble navigating it right from the start. I was up and running with my first sequence in no time, which was a huge relief since I’m not exactly a tech expert. Now, I rely on it every day to automate my emails, check on my progress, and stay organized 👍 The onboarding process was quite smooth. It connects effortlessly with my existing tools, which made the transition so easy. Our team was also impressed by the variety of features. From email automation to detailed analytics and even options for LinkedIn outreach or calls, it’s got everything I need to run effective campaigns. What is about integration – connecting it to our existing CRM system was seamless.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

To be honest, there’s not much to dislike. I’d say if you’re new to this kind of tool, all the features can feel a little overwhelming at first. But with a great customer support and helpful tutorials, it’s not a big deal.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One big problem it solves is time sink from manual emailing. No need spending hours crafting individual emails, following up, and keeping track of who responded. Reply automates all that with its email sequences, so I can set up a campaign once and let it run. It also solves the problem of personalization at scale. Their AI and customization options let me tweak templates with personal details automatically, so my prospects don’t feel like they’re just another name on a list. The integration with Hubspot with keeping everything synced is another huge win. Everything flows seamlessly into CRM without extra busywork.

  ### 36. It was good but definitely can be improved on integration level

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Flexibility in Sequences, Interface is good

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Wait Condition don't work in Sequences as automated, Integration can be better with Linkedin to directly import the data

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me reach the maximum number of people, and I like the flexibility to A/B test different templates.

  ### 37. Great for cold outreach to business owners

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Minor tweaks around contact management and filters.

  ### 38. Effortless Response Management with Seamless Organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda D. | Marketing Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I love that it separates the responses within each send.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

It is unable to sync to our event registration platform, Bizzabo, to remove registrants between sends.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replacing outlook recruitment, and allows us to see email metrics

  ### 39. Great product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Easy and intuitive to use and one of the most responsive customer service companies I've had.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Marginal friction points on functionality but they keep improving it rapidly so nothing I'd complain about

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It eases the administration of sales campaigns and outreach (personalization, tracking etc)

  ### 40. Streamlined Email Recruitment for Marketing Success

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

In my marketing position, we send a lot of email recruitment so Reply makes my workflow more sufficient and easier would help me with my workload.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Figuring out how to use the platform and integration.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps make automated emails and lightens my workload. We are working on making our emails more automated and integrating automation into our processes so this platform helps ease workflow.

  ### 41. Game-Changer for Our Outbound Sales - Exceeded Expectations in Just 3 Months

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The accuracy of engagement tracking is phenomenal. Unlike other platforms where you're guessing whether prospects actually opened or engaged with your emails, Reply.io gives you reliable, actionable data. This has completely changed how we prioritize our follow-ups and timing.

The variety of outreach methods is another major win. Being able to seamlessly blend email sequences with LinkedIn outreach, calls, and even SMS in one unified workflow has dramatically increased our response rates. No more juggling between different platforms or losing track of where each prospect is in the journey.

Despite being relatively new to our team, the learning curve was surprisingly gentle. The interface is intuitive, and setting up sequences doesn't require a technical background. Our entire sales team was up and running within a week.

Reply.io has transformed our outbound efforts from a time-consuming guessing game into a streamlined, data-driven process. The combination of accuracy, multi-channel capabilities, and ease of use makes it an excellent investment for any sales team serious about scaling their outreach.
Highly recommended for teams looking to modernize their sales engagement without the complexity of enterprise-level tools.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Nothing comes to mind so far, everything has been positive

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated sequences save 15+ hours per week - Set it up once, let it run while focusing on high-value activities
Clear engagement insights - Know exactly which prospects are engaging so we can prioritize our time effectively
Unified multi-channel approach - Consistent messaging across email, LinkedIn, and calls increases touchpoints and response rates
Nothing falls through the cracks - Automated follow-ups ensure every lead gets proper nurturing
Higher quality conversations - Better targeting and personalization leads to more meaningful prospect interactions

  ### 42. How We Used Reply.io and What Challenges We Faced

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vitalii H. | Lead Generation Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

- User-friendly interface. I quickly figured out how everything works. You can build and launch a campaign in just 15–20 minutes.
- Solid automation. Email, LinkedIn, calls, even SMS — all can be combined into one sequence. It really helps save time and streamline outreach.
- CRM integrations. We connected it with HubSpot without any issues, and the data syncs smoothly.
- AI-powered message generation. The built-in Jason AI sometimes comes in handy and helps speed up writing outreach emails.
- Analytics. You get all the essentials — open rates, clicks, replies. It’s easy to track what’s working and what needs improvement.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

- Bugs here and there. A few times, emails were sent out without my approval — which was honestly frustrating and a bit alarming.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending generic emails wasn’t converting, but personalizing every message manually wasn’t realistic.
Jason AI and Reply’s personalization features make it easier to tailor messages while still automating the process.

  ### 43. Pretty good email marketing tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna E. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Makes automated sequences really easy to do. The support chat is helpful as well.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Importing contact is sometimes confusing when I want to make sure people are in multiple sequences. Then it's additionally confusing that they don't have a calendar view to see when thing are going out

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving our need for a cheap outbound email marketing tool

  ### 44. It is a very easy-to-use email writing tool that is safe for the reputation of email accounts.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anastasia R. | Head of Outbound, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The solution is very flexible, you can write different email variants, test hypotheses, and personalize all emails. Plus, as a department head, I can see all the statistics and analytics, compare results, see all correspondence, and compare channels. Also, all data on emails and statuses is transferred to Hubspot.
I would also like to mention the support team. All issues are resolved quickly.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

there are not enough tools for working with Companies - filters.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First of all, it makes it easier to send emails to potential customers. All we have to do is find a contact, write an email, start a campaign, and then wait for a response to set up a meeting. We can see whether the email was opened and how many times, which means we can continue to plan the next activities and they will not be in the cold.

  ### 45. Affordable multi channel outreach

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark S. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

I think the features provided for the cost is very good with reply.io. I did a lot of testing and found that with some effort, it will do most everything we need and that you find in more expensive alternatives.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

It takes some time to configure everything.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a startup with limited resources. Reply is a tool that leverages AI and automation to do work that we would need to hire for.

  ### 46. Great tool for SDR with clear and light UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taras T. | CMO, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Reply?**

The way how easy I can handle prospect bases. I mean, group them, move from one to another sequence. The best UI I ever met. I like the way how can I use templates, filter and segmenting audiences (prospects), create threads and follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

It's good for bulk messaging campaigns but not that good for manual or custom. E.G. If you want to send 100 custom 1st emails and then following them up with the common follow-ups you have to create 100 different sequences. On the other hand, templates allow you to create them with less manual routines. Also, you can group your sequences. So it's not a big deal for me.

**Recommendations to others considering Reply:**

I'd recommend Reply.io as a sales engagement tool for email outreach campaigns. You can use it for sales development, influencer outreach, partnership marketing outreach, and other purposes.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes I move prospects to a new sequence and they disappear in previous sequences. I can still see the statistics of previous sequences in the report tab. But in sequence's tab there no contacts. That's not a big deal.

Another problem is that there is no such entity as an "Account". When I reaching out prospect I'm hitting an account. So I want to see which people from certain companies are contacted and which are not.

The benefits are:
-good deliverability,
-easy interface,
-you're free to work with different variables

  ### 47. Intuitive, user-friendly, and robust platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jimmy G. | Acquisition Entrepreneur, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Automates so much of my outreach with robust features (domain matching, follow-ups, LinkedIn, etc)

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The only thing really is that it takes a few clicks to go from a person's contact page in Reply to find what I sent them and when. I wish it were easier to automatically see a copy of all comms sent to a person as soon as I click them under the 'contacts' section.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of email & LinkedIn campaigns

  ### 48. A solid tool for scaling personalized outreach with ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deeparth R. | Product Engineering Expert, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Reply makes outbound outreach incredibly easy to scale without losing the personal touch. The automated sequences, built-in email warm-up, and multichannel support (LinkedIn, email, calls) help streamline prospecting. It’s intuitive to set up, and the analytics are useful for tracking what’s working and iterating quickly.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

While the tool is great overall, the UI could be a bit more modern and occasionally feels clunky when switching between sequence steps or filters. The reporting dashboard is helpful, but deeper filtering and visual customization would make it even better. A few integrations also require manual workarounds.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reply solves the challenge of managing high-volume outreach while keeping it personal. It helps me automate follow-ups, manage multichannel sequences, and stay organized across multiple campaigns. This saves hours of manual work each week and improves my response rates by ensuring timely, consistent communication with prospects.

  ### 49. Very good tool with simple controls and good support.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel H. | Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

We can create simple outreach campaigns with the tool and have a good overview of who we have already written to. The blacklist feature also helps us greatly to avoid writing to anyone who has already declined.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

The only thing would be that you could have a little more control over your own data and an audit function.

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we had to blacklist too many contacts, we only had to write to support once and they immediately helped us to reprocess the data and undo incorrect actions. This saved us a lot of manual work.

  ### 50. Fan!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Theodore S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Reply?**

Customer service is literally the most responsive I have worked with. Their chat bot actually works and is helpful.

The tool mostly does what I need from it as a campaign manager and where I have issues, responsive customer service deals with it.

**What do you dislike about Reply?**

Sometimes integrations like Linkedin need to be reset too often which is annoying

**What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seamless and intuitive sales outbound management
