**What do you like best about RepeatMD?**

I use RepeatMD to manage patient loyalty programs, memberships, and repeat purchases in one platform. It's great that we created a new revenue stream without pushing retail to checkout. I find that patients often buy products after their appointments once they see them in the app, which was an unexpected positive outcome. I value the automated loyalty rewards, membership management, and recurring purchase tracking because they save time and boost patient retention. The initial setup was easy, with clear guidance and minimal technical effort required to get started.

The reporting dashboard could be more intuitive and customizable. More customizable reports and clearer data visuals would be helpful.

I love how RepeatMD provides a clean and easy way for patients to explore our services. It keeps patients connected to the practice even when they're not physically in the clinic. The onboarding process was clear, and we integrated the platform into our patient engagement workflow in no time.

Additional analytics features would be helpful to better understand patient purchasing behaviour and engagement trends
