Rep Order Management allows me to operate in the exact manor that a VAR needs to. Too many CRM's are focused on just managing the pipeline and this product allows me to manage the sales cycle all the way through delivery while understanding the unique relationship between a VAR, distribution, and the end client. The platform is flexible handling upcoming opportunities, quoting, revisions, real-time editing, reporting, and delivery of the products to the client.

It is feature rich and somehow still remains easy to use. The customer support is unrivaled and we use the platform as the heartbeat of our business daily. The ROM team goes above and beyond to provide quality service to their already quality product, making Rep Order Management a must have. The number of products that our company offers can be overwhelming, however ROM keeps track of all of them and allows you to set pre-set options for each one. I am confident that we could have an intern start tomorrow with no prior experience, and after showing them how to use this program, I would be comfortable with them putting together a quote for a customer. There's not one thing that I can say I dislike about the program. There have been things in the past I wasn't a huge fan of (I used ROM at a past company as well), but it just takes an email or conversation with a member of the ROM team, and within a few days, they had changed the issue to better suit our needs.
