What do you like best about Remote Retrieval?

We have had a fantastic experience using Remote Retrieval for recovering laptops from terminated employees. The service is efficient, reliable, and hassle-free, making the entire laptop return process seamless for both our organization and former employees.

One of the standout features is the quick turnaround time—an empty return box is sent to the employee promptly, ensuring there are no delays in the recovery process. The packaging is high quality, with secure wrapping that makes it easy for employees to safely return their devices.

Additionally, Remote Retrieval proactively follows up if the laptop hasn’t been shipped within a week, which adds an extra layer of accountability and ensures we don’t lose track of valuable assets. Their communication is clear and professional, making it easy for us to monitor the status of each return.

The ease of use. Sometimes, employee device return can make a bad situation worse, but this was the exact opposite. Quick and easy with email and text alerts along the way. I didn't have to do ANYTHING, but set it and forget it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
