**What do you like best about Remote Retrieval?**

We have had a fantastic experience using Remote Retrieval for recovering laptops from terminated employees. The service is efficient, reliable, and hassle-free, making the entire laptop return process seamless for both our organization and former employees.

One of the standout features is the quick turnaround time—an empty return box is sent to the employee promptly, ensuring there are no delays in the recovery process. The packaging is high quality, with secure wrapping that makes it easy for employees to safely return their devices.

Additionally, Remote Retrieval proactively follows up if the laptop hasn’t been shipped within a week, which adds an extra layer of accountability and ensures we don’t lose track of valuable assets. Their communication is clear and professional, making it easy for us to monitor the status of each return.

The only item I can think of that could be improved is easier selection of Insurance options (signature, insurance, adult signature) on the website.

I find Remote Retrieval to be incredibly easy to use, which is essential for efficiently managing asset recovery, especially for departing employees. The setup process is quick and straightforward, making it easy to initiate a new order without unnecessary delays. One specific feature I value is the ability to insure packages on top of the regular shipment, adding an extra layer of security which reassures me about the safety of our assets. Overall, my experience with Remote Retrieval has been positive, and I have no issues so far, which reflects its reliability and efficiency.

Easy to set up. The person returning equipment was able to easily understand the instructions and get everything back.

**What do you dislike about Remote Retrieval?**

Tracking was inaccurate, and the automatic system didn't generate a notification about the final delivery until over 24 hours after the actual delivery. I only knew it was delivered because I followed the tracking from the actual delivery service's website.

**What problems is Remote Retrieval solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fully remote company that needs help moving equipment around for onboarding/offboarding employees. In this case, offboarding.

The ease of use.  Sometimes, employee device return can make a bad situation worse, but this was the exact opposite. Quick and easy with email and text alerts along the way.  I didn't have to do ANYTHING, but set it and forget it

As of now.... I can't really think of anything we disliked during the process

solving the hassle of purchasing a box, sending it to an employee, purchasing a mail tag, and monitoring progress. Literally, the whole process is completed for you
