The onboarding process was well thought out and the inevitable hiccups were never a huge issue for the team. Communication was and is great with Reliance. Every time we met a new Reliance member, the interaction was always positive. Nick Villanti kicked us off in our process and continues to be a great resource. Then we met Sean and Kathleen McRae who are simply amazing. Nyssa in design is great at what she does. Son is wicked smart helping us with the API, Shawn answers a ton of questions for us and responds quickly, and we couldn't be happier with Ryan who's a phenomenal advocate for us and knows the system through and through. Every layer of personnel just reinforces our decision and I know I'm blanking on several others who make our lives easier as well. **What do you dislike about Reliance Network?** No real downsides to the platform. Like any massive platform there will be some areas that shine and others will need some improvements, but they actually listen to our feedback and communicate new features and what's coming down the line so while I love the platform as-is, I continue to look forward to the future with them as a partner. **What problems is Reliance Network solving and how is that benefiting you?** Too many to list. This should give anyone peace of mind knowing that we can say, with utter confidence, that Reliance is the best there is. Nick and team are saints and have really saved us in our time of need and with great haste. They are unmatched in their offerings and their best in class approach allows you to have it all. We've worked with them through numerous tool rollouts and are in a market with two MLSs and they really handle everything we throw at them with skill and grace. Equally as important, the support is incredible. They know their stuff and are always going above and beyond to help. The turnaround time on requests is impressive and you can always reach them when you need to. Really, when it comes to this space, Reliance is without a doubt the solution you're looking for. It is nice for agents to be able to manage their listings, website, and contacts all in one place. As an administrator, we really appreciate the ability to work as an agent and have full insight into their accounts for troubleshooting but also so we can provide a concierge service on their behalf. ### 6. Nick was great at answering questions in layman's terms! I am not a technology professional so being heavily involved in the project of creating a new company/regional site and agent sites was a great learning experience for me. It would not have been an easy task if not for Nick and his entire team. Working with Nick along with our project manager, Erik Grimnes was stress-free! They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and were able to handle solutions to integrations with other platforms with ease when working with our IT and Administrative Services Departments. Their response time was incredible. **What do you dislike about Reliance Network?** At this point, I have no complaints! We are just getting started with a deep dive into all the tools the Reliance Network has to offer and we're looking forward to using the websites and the CRM. **Recommendations to others considering Reliance Network:** Be prepared with 3rd party integrations/feeds your organization currently uses with your website. I found that our team (my company) was not completely prepared with some 3rd party integrations. We were able to solve the issues with Reliance's assistance in a timely fashion. **What problems is Reliance Network solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our agents needed a user-friendly CRM and robust websites that they could make their own. The on-boarding experience was smooth, we were constantly apprised of developments and any bugs that arose, and the team was able to support our off-hours launch of websites. The products offered by Reliance Network are top notch -- the websites are beautiful and easy to customize to meet agent's needs and desires. The CRM is intuitive while remaining easy to use. The property search (which on the surface may seem minimal) features a robust, MLS-specific Advanced Search that allows agents to create extremely detailed property searches to better serve their clients. For me, it always comes back to the service and support. The Reliance Network team made our on-boarding and launch successful and smooth. They were (and are) readily available to answer any question and provide support for any bugs -- whether it was pre-launch, during launch, or now afterwards. They are knowledgeable about the real estate world and the unique needs that real estate agents have, and create reliable products that support those needs. Our fantastic account manager is more than just the standard customer success manager - like the rest of his team, he has deep knowledge of the products, the behind-the-scenes pieces that make it work, AND unbeatable customer service. I cannot sing my praises of Reliance Network any louder (but I will try). Product Improvement - Whether it's agent website design, flyer templates, updates to contact organization or more, I so appreciate the fact that Reliance continues to upgrade its product design, UX and functionality. Customer Service - I genuinely enjoy working with our customer reps and appreciate the level that they go to to help make sure our requests are heard and that we and our agents have what we need to learn the product. **What do you dislike about Reliance Network?** I would like to see a little more customization in the website builder section. Sometimes I like 90% of the layout option but I'd like to just add some sort of widget like a strip, CTA button, embedded video, or something like that. The editor is easy to use, and agents love it. The other part of the platform is the accessibility to data and easy MLS integration. I thought this might be a big hurdle to tackle, but they've been able to launch sites in different states without many problems. Aside from the tech, the support network and client development staff at Reliance are second-to-none. I think there are a lot of providers who sell similar platforms, but service level at Reliance puts them over the top. **What do you dislike about Reliance Network?** It takes some time to learn the backend system, and get comfortable there. There are nuances in the CMS that you will have to get used to. There are limitations when it comes to custom HTML/CSS implementations as well. If you're looking to build something completely custom, it can be done, however, it will be a big undertaking, and should not be taken lightly. **Recommendations to others considering Reliance Network:** Don't hold back when it comes to questions for their sales staff--they are prepared to answer them. The agents that work within the platform LOVE the fact that they can have a custom branded website, but the backend CRM still functions with their brokerage--this is a game-changer.
