He is incredibly responsive, and our regular meetings ensure communication is always flowing. He proactively comes to us with future plans, but more importantly, he actively listens to our challenges. He makes a sincere effort to understand our needs before offering solutions, whether that's showing us how to leverage current features or championing our requests for future improvements.
This partnership mentality is company-wide. Reliance has invested time to understand our business goals, and they help us build a strategy to make things happen, even if it requires a creative workaround. Their commitment to our overall success is so strong that when we mentioned a challenge with a different vendor, they were quick to recommend and introduce us to another company that could help.
