**What do you like best about Refari?**

We were previously with JXT / Shazamee and decided to move to Refari after they were reccommended to us due to their functionality, amazing support and strong intergration with JobAdder. We have not regretted the move one bit and very much value Aaron and his team in supporting our website and online presence. 

The Refari platform has so many options to tailor the site to your business needs. They offer so much flexibility in changing this whenever you need to, and Aaron and his support team are receptive to anything you throw at them. 

Their insistence on using the Loom platform to communicate work between each other took a while to get used to, but in the end makes absolute sense in this business and allows quick and efficient communication when requiring support or changes.  I have now taken to using Loom in other areas to help communicate messages.

**What do you dislike about Refari?**

Not a reflection on Refari, but the platform has so many options and tools that you can use via Refari, it can sometimes be hard to keep a track on everything and how to use it, especially when you dont use it every day. Saying that, any questions or things you forget, their support team help you so quickly and either send guidance or videos back to help or remind you.

**What problems is Refari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help communicate our brand, manage our job applications, host business enquiries, promote our staff via testimonials to name just a few.

Aaron has a great product and sells/explains it well. And then he delivers - every step of the way. Nothing is too much trouble - service second to none. And the platform is exciting; set and forget - and get the results..

**What do you dislike about Refari?**

There hasn't been anything at all that I would change. There is nothing to dislike.

Would highly recommend Refari to all businesses, not just recruitment!

**What problems is Refari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are excited to drive traffic to our website; it's so easy to use and works on the back end to do this. We have always had great referrals and comments about out work, now finally it is captured and promoted!!
The team have revamped our website and just make everything so easy. I have never worked with a provider who is as responsive as Aaron and his team. First class.

**What do you like best about Refari?**

I worked with Refari when I was the ICT Division Leader at a recruitment company in Canberra.  

We had no system in place for referrals beyond trying to remember names and passing on a voucher if the referrer is successful, so that's how I came about Refari.

In terms of service, super easy to work with, highly responsive with honest, direct but professional advice. I think the latter points are due to specialising in the recruitment sector so they would see what works and what doesn't. The clarity in this case was refreshing.

Something that got my attention more than the referral widgets was more focused around enhancing the overall UX, placement rate with their jobs board being key functionality. But then it was also interesting to see the company set into the development and hosting arena which seems like a natural evolution of the business.

So all things considered, appreciate the products and service but also how they can be highly tailored depending on the appetite (or requirements) of the business.

**What do you dislike about Refari?**

Dislike nothing about the service or products. My only dislike from the process of working together was that it needed to be integrated with the ATS at the time, so that's just the cost of being the first adopter for that ATS. Once integrated, which Refari team were helpful during, working together was a great experience.

Enhancing a website that is user centric and maps data and processes easily. Referrals actually weren't the greatest value add.

It looks fantastic - much, much better than other solutions we've reviewed. There is some excellent functionality here too, obviously the candidate referral system, easy & efficient social media posting, and the very effective support during  w/site build and go-live. Aaron and his team provide responsive support to our team too.

**What do you dislike about Refari?**

I have no dislikes or issues with the product or service we've received from Aaron and his team. We've spent the last six months exploring Refari's functionality and reviewing results, and we're delighted. I'd highly recommend speaking with Aaron and his team about Refari.

Refari helped us build an aesthetically appropriate job board for our website, which fully met our expectations. In addition, the tool integrates well with other social media sites, saving time and expanding reach.

**What do you like best about Refari?**

--- The functionality of the product is good. Some of the best features for us are: 
(1) it allows candidates to sign up for a 'job alert', 
(2) it adds candidates to Jobadder (and to the job shortlist) when they apply for the job (or, you can turn this off if you wish), 
(3) it links the recruiter to the job vacancy, and 
(4) it re-imagines the 'meet the team'  page on the website. 
--- The Refari team is very responsive to questions and feedback. They even built some new features on the product at our request!

**What do you dislike about Refari?**

--- The only downside I can think of is that when candidates sign up to the job alert, Refari owns that data. I haven't asked them what would happen if we were to move to another solution though, perhaps we could take that data with us? Not sure.

**What problems is Refari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business problem: We did not have a 'job alert' function on our job board.
Refari solution: Provides a  'job alert' function.

Our business problem: Our job board was tired and looked out of date.
Refari solution: Provides a good-looking, highly functional job board. 

Our business problem: Adding candidates to JobAdder manually was time-consuming.
Refari solution: Automatically adds candidates to JobAddr when they apply for a job.

**What do you like best about Refari?**

Having worked with different platforms before, I love that Refari has been easy to use and they are designed and purpose built for recruitment. Having a website that integrates with our internal system and processes means our work makes sense and there isn’t double handling of data.

My only dislike is that I haven’t had the chance to maximise every relevant feature yet, there is so much we can do and I am looking forward to realising more of the benefits!

We have been on both Shazamme and Volcanic - while both served a purpose Refari has been the best experience by far. We get timely support, input and direction where needed, as well as ideas to help us implement and achieve what we are thinking as after-all we are not web developers.

**What do you like best about Refari?**

By far, the most impressive thing (other than the platform itself) is responsiveness, whether it be a support request, product enhancement, or simply advice. Aaron and the team are light years ahead of the rest. Always personal and professional, it's an absolute pleasure dealing with the team at Refari. And always happy to answer my many questions. Their knowledge of the landscape and environment has taught me a tech thing or two along the way too as an added bonus. 11/10

I don't have any downsides to list related to Refari.

We no longer have any issues with our job board, we don't have to wait for changes to be reflected (with our previous provider we waited up to 4 hours! for simple changes to job ads to be reflected on our site). Refari also host our website, and we have greater flexibility than ever before. Nothing is too much trouble, no matter how random my questions might be at times.

The team at Refari are incredible. The amount of support (for things we didn't even know we needed) is unmatched in the industry. We have done many demos of products to solve our recruitment problems, but Refari stands above them all. I would 100% recommend Aaron and the team.

**What do you like best about Refari?**

Refari allows for a fantastic user experience for both the candidate and the recruiter. With our agency valuing candidate experience, it has elevated our tech stack in order to best ensure this! It is super easy to use, it looks great on our website and integrates extremely well into our applicant tracking system!

**What do you dislike about Refari?**

The only downfall of Refari is the automated email response of a registered candidate. The automation of a response to candidates that register to the platform, notifying them that we have recieved their registration (not a direct job application) is the only mention! Other than that - we are extremely happy with the system and its capabilities!

**What problems is Refari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to demonstrate categorization of our open opportunities on our Job Board which is fantastic for candidates. Being able to filter opportunities to best find a suitable role as a candidate through specifying the location, industry, and type of contract ensures that the candidate is finding a best-fit job! 

It has allowed for easy social media marketing, with the socialization tool enabling the team to efficiently market our open opportunities, even if they have never done any form of marketing before! This is a digital marketing lead's dream when it comes to ensuring the branding and CI of a company is 100% in check! 

The benefit of enabling candidates to create a job alert through the Refari platform also ensures that we have candidates that actually return to our Job Board, when perhaps at a certain point when they visited the website they were not able to find the perfect role for them!

**What do you like best about Refari?**

Refari has a number of unique products within itself that help make recruitment websites lead gen machines. I like that it is helping recruiters take control of their ad's and build audiences themselves to drive conversations back on the site.

As a business owner, I also like that it's set and forget and when I update a job in jobadder it's on my site in a moment, allowing me to advertise the role on my own channels rather then paying for a job add.

Nothing it has ticked all my boxs. Customer support is also amazing.

If you have a website you love but want better digital marketing conversation and ease of use this product is your go-to.

If you're a new agency Aaron and his team are also amazing and building the website and will go to. crazy lengths to make sure you're happy.

Do a demo and catch up to the competition all while saving yourselves a tonne of cash.

Cost of candidate acquisition and website development. Refari allows me to compete with massive website budgets.

**What do you like best about Refari?**

The interaction with Aaron is excellent. He clearly understands the recruitment agency world and is very effective in getting things done, listening to needs, and being reactive. 
The tool is easy to use, has a number of clear differentiators such as the referral technology, the socialization of job posts, the collection of testimonials, and the direct sharing of links for headhunting purposes. 
We are only new to using it so I am sure there are other features we have not tried yet but it is already proving its value.

We have so far had no issues. We believe we are getting value for money for the product.

It was an easy process to build the website, we are loving the look and feel of the site and especially happy with the level of interaction between our consultants and candidates via the site which ultimately will drive SEO.

The technology is great, Refari has been an excellent tool for the business. The website performance has increased immeasurably since we started working with Refari.
The customer service is also excellent. Nothing is too much, the team is really responsive and helpful.

Yet to find something. The team is excellent; any issues we've had with the website have been quick to fix.

Other than being a seamless product - the most outstanding thing about Refari is the service.  Nothing is ever too much for the team.

We also love the TopRec function as a pulse check for the service that we are providing our Clients.

Working with Aaron and the team has been great. Easy to talk to and he's always willing to help and explore new ways to improve the look and feel and functionality of our site.  The Refari additions now allow for the whole office team to engage and manage important aspect effectively.

Provides me with not only clear reporting but a clean interface. It's algorithms for candidate interaction provide our business with a higher application rate, while additionally linking with our recruitment software to keep the application process simple.

I don't really dislike anything about the product. It does all I need it to do, and more.

**Recommendations to others considering Refari:**

Regardless of your tech level, you should consider Refari for it's simplicity. While they have an A-Grade support team, you rarely have to speak to them as everything is so seamless. If candidate attraction is front of mind then this software will capture and engage with the market for you.

Refari has provided me with solutions so problems I didn't even know I had. The support team is very candidate experience motivated which aligns well with our business model.

**What do you like best about Refari?**

Single greatest piece of recruitment tech on the market. As a start-up boutique agency with time at a premium, Refari has transformed our referral process to one candidate absolutely love. Not only that, but Aaron has also optimized our website, created a first-class job board, and provided a social share function which we are particularly excited about.

Refari is constantly updating it's service offering, most recently including marketing tools which is something I struggled with before Refari. It really is a holistic rec-tech suite that kills multiple birds with one stone. 

Aaron has gone above and beyond to ensure his product is perfectly tailored to our agency requirements. He is always available for product training or general advice on how to get the most out of each feature. 

Refari has been an instrumental early supplier in my agency's journey and is a partnership that is highly valued. The Refari team wants to see you succeed and will help you get there. I cannot recommend Aaron and Refari enough.

**What do you dislike about Refari?**

As a raving fan of Refari, I don't have any suggestions for improvements. Aaron rolls new features out before I've even thought about what else my agency might want or need.

Refari has solved multiple problems in my business and is an all in one solution from building, hosting and maintaining my website, implementing my user-friendly job board where candidates can opt into job alerts, automating my referral process, automating testimonials and candidate feedback so we can improve our service levels. Refari also helps with marketing which I struggled with previously by having job social sharing options and an electronic mail distribution builder.

I liked that it was easy for my clients to integrate with their recruitment system  and produce good reports. I find the candidate interface is excellent, we have seen a significant rise in application rates.

So far, there is nothing that I can think of that isn't right. Their support system is impressive. They are at your service whenever you need help.

This system has improved our referral program by automating the process. Candidates can quickly write their testimonies and feedback, which is now real-time. It has also enhanced efficiency when it comes to filling short term roles.

**What do you like best about Refari?**

There are so many things to like about this platform. The platform has completely transformed my website, my job board is much more user friendly and interactive and there are so many features to enable my audience to apply and refer my roles.  This has not only increased the applications and referrals I receive but I have also received great feedback on the website. Another great feature is the socialisation capabilities.  I can share a job via many of my social channels, creating a custom template with changeable backgrounds, fonts and text. This is then published as a clickable image which takes anyone who clicks on it straight back to my website - amazing! I have also recently been guiding my candidates to use the job subscription alert feature which has already been helping to identify candidates as soon as the roles come through.

There really isn't much to dislike about this product.  As an early adopter, there were a couple of teething problems at the start, but these were all ironed out very quickly.  I

The main business problem that I feel Referrer has solved for my business is being able to drive more traffic, relevant applicants and relevant referrals to my website. The biggest challenge I face daily in my job is finding the perfect person for a role in a short amount of time.  Referrer has increased the ability for me to do this with a more efficient website and job board, a socialisation feature which drives traffic from my social channels and a job subscription alert process and I am sure there will be many more features to come!
