What do you like best about Refari?

We were previously with JXT / Shazamee and decided to move to Refari after they were reccommended to us due to their functionality, amazing support and strong intergration with JobAdder. We have not regretted the move one bit and very much value Aaron and his team in supporting our website and online presence.

The Refari platform has so many options to tailor the site to your business needs. They offer so much flexibility in changing this whenever you need to, and Aaron and his support team are receptive to anything you throw at them.

Their insistence on using the Loom platform to communicate work between each other took a while to get used to, but in the end makes absolute sense in this business and allows quick and efficient communication when requiring support or changes. What do you dislike about Refari?

Not a reflection on Refari, but the platform has so many options and tools that you can use via Refari, it can sometimes be hard to keep a track on everything and how to use it, especially when you dont use it every day. What do you like best about Refari?

I worked with Refari when I was the ICT Division Leader at a recruitment company in Canberra.

We had no system in place for referrals beyond trying to remember names and passing on a voucher if the referrer is successful, so that's how I came about Refari.

In terms of service, super easy to work with, highly responsive with honest, direct but professional advice. I think the latter points are due to specialising in the recruitment sector so they would see what works and what doesn't. The clarity in this case was refreshing.

Something that got my attention more than the referral widgets was more focused around enhancing the overall UX, placement rate with their jobs board being key functionality. But then it was also interesting to see the company set into the development and hosting arena which seems like a natural evolution of the business.

So all things considered, appreciate the products and service but also how they can be highly tailored depending on the appetite (or requirements) of the business.

What do you dislike about Refari?

Dislike nothing about the service or products. My only dislike from the process of working together was that it needed to be integrated with the ATS at the time, so that's just the cost of being the first adopter for that ATS. What do you like best about Refari?

It looks fantastic - much, much better than other solutions we've reviewed. There is some excellent functionality here too, obviously the candidate referral system, easy & efficient social media posting, and the very effective support during w/site build and go-live. What do you like best about Refari?

--- The functionality of the product is good. Some of the best features for us are:

(1) it allows candidates to sign up for a 'job alert',

(2) it adds candidates to Jobadder (and to the job shortlist) when they apply for the job (or, you can turn this off if you wish),

(3) it links the recruiter to the job vacancy, and

(4) it re-imagines the 'meet the team' page on the website.

--- The Refari team is very responsive to questions and feedback. They even built some new features on the product at our request! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Refari?

--- The only downside I can think of is that when candidates sign up to the job alert, Refari owns that data. I haven't asked them what would happen if we were to move to another solution though, perhaps we could take that data with us? Not sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Refari?

Having worked with different platforms before, I love that Refari has been easy to use and they are designed and purpose built for recruitment. We have been on both Shazamme and Volcanic - while both served a purpose Refari has been the best experience by far. We get timely support, input and direction where needed, as well as ideas to help us implement and achieve what we are thinking as after-all we are not web developers.
