
I use Red Points for brand protection, mainly to detect and remove counterfeit products, piracy, and unauthorized use of our content across online marketplaces. I appreciate that it has automated and scaled our enforcement efforts, eliminating the need for us to manually submit cases or provide supporting evidence, as everything is handled end to end. The quality of support from our customer success manager, Julia Ariza, is something I really value; her communication is proactive, structured, and reliable. Red Points operates as a true managed service, especially when it comes to detection and takedowns.
