Coordinating takedowns across different international jurisdictions can still involve complex local legal procedures. The most interesting thing is the level of accuracy with which the platform identifies even the most advanced fake offers of our hearing implants. It is not as simple as logos, it examines descriptions and images of products with flawless accuracy and the accuracy is important when the health of the patients is at stake. The automated email reports are a big plus, providing clear visibility into ongoing activity and new issues without requiring daily logins, which helps us stay aligned across teams. The enforcement team is proactive and engaged, regularly suggesting practical improvements, such as their recommendation to clean up unutilized replicas in the portal, which helped us streamline our workflow and focus on higher-priority cases. What I value most about Red Points is their fast response time and the consistency of the results they deliver.
