**What do you like best about Ready Workforce?**

Initially we were attracted to the claim that they were fully compliant with NZ's Holidays Act in that they calculated leave in weeks (not days). Staff have said that that clocking in/out system is good from their perspective (but the rostering system is incredibly inflexible from payroll perspective)

**What do you dislike about Ready Workforce?**

Inability to handle things like timebanking.  Unfortunately we engaged consultants who completely made the implementation process a mess and basically we went through months of pain during the implementation process. We felt unsupported and unloved.  This has now improved, but we still feel a bit like the poor cousins as Australia is obviously their main focus. Also the knowledge base is really terrible to try to find relevant help. It gives you help on products you haven't paid for.

**What problems is Ready Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A year on and we are learning to live with its limitations. Reporting is good.
