Learning how to process payroll in HR3 was a very straightforward process, and the integration between HR3 and our time and attendance system is seamless, which makes processing payroll easy. If we do experience any issues, the support services team is very quick to respond. **What do you dislike about Ready Pay?** The pricing for the cloud software is a bit high, but it’s worth it for the level of support we receive. Accessing the cloud version can be a little complicated because you have to log in to the Parallels platform first before you can get into HR3. At times the system drops out, and then we need to restart HR3 to restore printing functionality. **What problems is Ready Pay solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Pay Day Super starting on July 1, ReadyTech has been keeping us updated on the processes we need to put in place so we’re ready to start paying Superannuation with each payroll batch we process. ### 2. It's got an efficient dashboard where you can always see what your leave looks like or what your balances are. These features are valuable because they are a time saver, allowing me to see my balances quickly and to calculate my plans. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and we've had no issues with it for many years. **What do you dislike about Ready Pay?** Probably there's some duplication in emails. So, you know, you get an email when you apply for leave. You get an email that it's gone through. You get an email when it's been approved. A little bit inefficient. They could probably do that through the app, like, with a simple notification. **What problems is Ready Pay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ready Pay solves our continuity problem, handling time sheets, payroll, and leave consistency. It's simple to use, saves time, and gives a clear view of balances and leave, helping me plan efficiently. ### 3. We recently completed a migration from on premise to cloud and it was the smoothest migration I have ever been part of. Very impressed by the support provided by the team. The software is also easy to use, updated regularly and has all the features we need. **What do you dislike about Ready Pay?** Readytech is not the cheapest option compared to some others, but you do get what you pay for! **What problems is Ready Pay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ready Pay solves all of our Payroll issues and is efficient, well supported and east to use. ### 4.
