# What are the top remote support vendors with strong mobile and cross-platform support?

Hey G2 community, I'm researching which remote support vendors have the strongest mobile and cross-platform support, since mixed device fleets expose the gaps fast. In the remote support category, three come up most: TeamViewer, Splashtop Remote Support, and AnyDesk. The wider list:

AnyDesk: lightweight cross-platform access reviewers say launches almost instantly.

And where did one platform, often mobile or Mac, get second-class support?

Oh for genuinely broad platform coverage plus mobile, TeamViewer is the standout, it's one of the most-reviewed remote support tools and works across Windows, Mac, Linux, plus iOS and Android, so supporting a mixed fleet and mobile devices is its core strength. ManageEngine Endpoint Central includes remote support alongside broader endpoint management if you want both in one. Beyond the ones with the biggest G2 presence, Splashtop and AnyDesk are also well-regarded for cross-platform remote support and worth adding to your comparison. To be real, "mobile support" can mean two different things, supporting mobile devices, or technicians providing support from a mobile app, so I'd confirm which you need and test that exact flow. Are your technicians remote and needing to help from phones, or are you mostly supporting a fleet that includes mobile devices?
