Only the first 60 minutes of a meeting are kept for video format, and that’s the limit for how much gets transcribed or used for your purposes. Also the sentiment/engagement analysis is sometimes off as the context of the meeting and the social vibe doesn't match what the AI is classifying as poor engagement or sentiment (like humour or people being quiet for too long). I like that Read AI is very easy to set up. I also appreciate that I can add it into every meeting at a time.
