&lt;p&gt;Running two tools might actually be the sensible answer here. A developer trying to protect a two-hour coding block has a very different coordination problem from an ops manager trying to keep decisions and owners straight across recurring meetings. I’d rather optimize each workflow than force both teams into the same meeting habit.&lt;/p&gt;
