ReachStream is easy-to-use and contains a lot of contacts, particularly for upper level contacts.

**What do you dislike about ReachStream?**

We primarily want to small-business contacts, and ReachStream doesn't seem to contain as many of those as larger-businesses. However, that could be user error and I plan to meet with a member of ReachStream to see how I can get more successful searches.

**What problems is ReachStream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us find the contacts we need from any state. We are doing an e-mail campaign with as many small ophthalmology practices as we can find. This is helping us get our name our there for brand awareness and hopefully get some offices to sign-up for our services.

ReachStream delivers accurate, verified B2B contacts with an easy-to-use list builder, and the Chrome extension makes prospecting seamless. Their data enrichment keeps records up to date, while support has been excellent—always responsive and quick to resolve queries. Implementation was very straightforward, and I was able to start building and verifying lists right away. I now use ReachStream almost daily for prospecting and enrichment because the data is reliable and easy to filter. Integration is smooth too, with the Chrome extension working perfectly with LinkedIn and contacts exporting easily into my CRM, making the whole process efficient and effortless.

list verification can be slightly slow during peak times. However, the accuracy and responsive support outweigh these minor issues.

Data Accuracy is not that consitant, Phone numbers are outdated and sometimes emails get bounced and interface is bit complicated and little hazy and dosen't recognize few designations, Limited Indian Market depth.

Data quality could be improved a bit specifically for the US Market. Sometimes the mailers they send come to spam so if they can address deliverability issues that would also help a lot.

It helps identify the firmographics, technographics and contact details of our prospects / accounts in US and India Market. This ensures it plays as an additional layer on top of our database to get prospect information so we can reach out to our target audience through appropriate channels.
