**What do you like best about Re:catch?**

How often do you come across a product that just hits the nail on the head, and caters to all your needs? When choosing a customer-facing solution, the experience for our customers is of utmost importance. On that point alone, Recatch is the unchallenged choice. With demo requests, often the customer is completely left in the dark until a sales rep finally reaches out to them. The experience with Recatch is genuinely customer-centric, transparent and flexible in a way that prioritizes the customer's availability and skips the tedious back-and-forth communication. On top of that, it has drastically improved our lead qualification efficiency. Lead routing set up is  effortless and all you need to do is to just watch those inbound leads flow in. It's a solution that delivers high impact at maximum efficiency, backbone of our growth momentum.

**What do you like best about Re:catch?**

As someone who has helped scale products like Evernote for business, I place a heavy emphasis on user experience and buyer experience. The user experience of creating a booking page on re:catch is probably the easiest compared to other similar sales routing or scheduling tools. The embedding process is well-documented and doesn't require much coding. I can customize lead meeting routing settings with a simple drag and drop. From the perspective of the prospect we are reaching out to, the process seems natural and intuitive. Re:catch also bridges the cultural gap for meeting scheduling. I do a lot of business outside of the US and schedulers sometimes come off as cold and rude. Not Re: Catch. I love how Re:catch generates an email with hyperlinked time slots and displays a profile picture of the meeting host with a customizable description, making it no longer "rude" to send a time slot suggestion to the other party.

**What do you dislike about Re:catch?**

I would appreciate it if I could automate and customize email replies based on different lead routing rules. This would be a great help in personalizing the messages for leads from various cultures. I'm sure they are working on it, but that's my main request for improvement.

The primary problem that Re:catch addresses is the reduction of lead time in assigning leads to ourselves and scheduling calls with them, all while maintaining a respectful and appropriate cultural nuance. With re:catch, interested prospects can easily book meetings with us, ensuring a positive and convenient buying experience. This automation allows us to engage with more prospects and customers without compromising any cultural sensitivities or work dynamics.

**What do you like best about Re:catch?**

As a sales lead at a B2B SaaS company, I found Re:catch super helpful in completely automating our sales qualification and routing process for inbound. With just a few clicks and drag and drop, I can set up lead routing rules for our sales team. This allowed me to qualify leads through an inbound form and only take leads that qualify as our ideal customer profile. With the router feature, I also don’t have to spend time manually assigning a lead to an SDR anymore. These features are so simple to use that I can even make any changes to the qualifying or routing rules with literally a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about Re:catch?**

It would be nice for the tool to have a feature where I could track conversion from unique visitors to landing sales meetings.

**What problems is Re:catch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales team can now route our leads based on qualification rules we set on Re:catch automatically instead of having SDRs spend time researching and qualifying these leads. This really helped us focus on prepping for the actual sales meetings and closing more deals instead of dealing with the sales qualification and routing tasks.

**What do you like best about Re:catch?**

Re:catch has completely removed the hassle of scheduling meetings with the most seamless user experience of booking meetings. Re:catch allows our leads and partners to book meetings with us with one click, so sending a link to our booking page or embedding it to our website reduces time trying to find availability and book meetings. This experience is so seamless for us as well – if I want to suggest time slots to have a meeting with someone, I just drag my calendar on Re:catch and it automatically generates an email with time slots for suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Re:catch?**

It would be helpful for Re:catch to have some buffer time on the booking page!

**What problems is Re:catch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Re:catch, we wasted so much time booking sales meetings. The endless email ping-pongs, back-and-forth switch between tabs to check availability, and a LOT of no shows. Re:catch helped us solve these problems by streamlining the booking experience. Our team was able to cut time at least 2 hours per week scheduling meetings and landing on more calls.

- Easy to suggest time slots to others with GCal / Outlook Calendar integration

- Can set up a booking page where people can book meetings with me immediately without having to exchange emails back and forth

- Easy to embed a booking page to a website / inbound form

- Great email/Slack/text reminder, reducing no-shows

- Would love to be able to add even more customizable reminders (e.g. email content) for different meetings and leads

- Would be nice to have more integration with other CRM tools or meeting conferencing tools other than Zoom/Google Meet

- Saved time scheduling meetings with leads by at least a couple of days per meeting

- No longer have to exchange emails to even have the first meeting with a lead/partner

**What do you like best about Re:catch?**

The lead routing feature of Re:catch is the best among all the sales tech stacks out there. Setting rule assignments is super easy to follow as you can drag and drop different rules and conditions to create the whole setting. I was surprised that this process was easier than most of the other tools where I have to set conditions for. It’s good that it even covers “disqualified” leads and where I can redirect them to.

It would be fantastic to be able to customize reminder emails for these leads.

One of the greatest advantages of Re:catch is its exceptional buyer experience provided to our leads. Made lead distribution much more advanced yet efficient with lead routing features. Can set up a demo call page where our AEs are put into a round robin or preset lead routing rules. Used our team’s website inbound form as a qualification point and mapped to Re:catch lead routing conditions with a few clicks. Super simple to set it up.

Initially thought pricing was comparatively high, but the tool justified the pricing as it has more advanced lead routing features

Improved our lead distribution process. Our team used to manually distribute leads to AEs by different conditions – this took away so much unnecessary time and effort from our team. With Re:catch, we were able to use round robin and lead routing rules to automate this entire process.

**What do you like best about Re:catch?**

I like that it requires no engineering efforts when setting up the entire sales automation funnel. Most other sales tools require some coding or engineering efforts, but Re:catch has such a user-friendly, low-code installation process that someone like myself without any engineering background could just copy and paste a snippet of code to set up the tool. With this, I was able to set up a Re:catch booking page on our website’s form.

I haven’t experienced too many glitches or errors yet!

One of the best aspects of Re:catch is its ability to automate our inbound sales funnel. Prior to using Re:catch, our sales team struggled with low conversion rates for first sales calls and meetings due to delays in reaching out to leads. However, with Re:catch, we experienced a significant improvement in our call-to-meeting ratio, at least doubling the number of calls we were able to schedule. This was made possible by Re:catch's automatic routing and distribution feature, which ensures that leads are promptly assigned to the most suitable sales representatives.

**What do you dislike about Re:catch?**

One area where there is room for improvement with Re:catch is the ability to create automated workflows based on lead qualification methods. While Re:catch offers lead routing and automated notifications, it would be beneficial if we could further customize these workflows. For instance, it would be valuable to have the option to automatically send an email with a service brochure to leads that meet specific qualification criteria. This level of customization would allow us to tailor our communication and follow-up process even more effectively. While Re:catch provides valuable automation features, having additional flexibility in creating personalized workflows would enhance its capabilities and further streamline our sales processes.

Re:catch has significantly reduced the time we take to respond to leads by automating routing and scheduling. This has directly impacted the number of sales calls I can handle, allowing me to focus on closing deals during meetings. Prior to Re:catch, our SDRs needed to manually research, call, and distribute leads to AEs, taking significant amount of time (potentially losing out on an imporant deal). Now all of this is automated through Re:catch.

Currently, the data visualization is provided through Weekly Reports, but viewing this within ths product would be convenient.

Re:catch is helping our Sales Team solve the issue of manually distributing leads to the right AEs and finding the right time for them to proceed with the Demo Call. Our sales operations have significantly improved, and time taken to process inbound leads reduced dramatically.
