The e-signing feature in RazorSign is very easy to use. I have to use it on daily basis. Once I generate an invoice, I can upload it to the RazorSign application and send it for e-signature to the authorized signatory. I find myself using the platform almost every day, especially for handling recurring contracts. The templates feature is a massive time-saver, and it comes packed with a ton of powerful tools—definitely a great value for the price.
It integrates seamlessly with the other tools in my tech stack, so I've never had any issues with that. And on the rare occasions when I needed support, the customer service team has been quick to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

RazorSign is actually a pretty solid software. In the past, when my account was managed by the previous account manager, everything ran smoothly and was well-coordinated. However, since the change in account managers, things have taken a turn for the worse. The current support executive, Vijay, really struggles with communication. He attempts to speak in English, but it’s often hard to grasp what he’s trying to say. It feels like he’s only using English because we do, not because he’s comfortable with it. This creates a lot of confusion and ends up wasting time.
Additionally, some of our internal users would rather communicate in Hindi or clear English, but Vijay tends to mix both languages, which makes it even harder to follow. If all the information is available in the application but your support executive can’t explain it clearly, then what’s the point? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Absolutely – communication support is key. The software itself works well, but the quality of support leaves a lot to be desired. I’m updating my review after a really disappointing experience. It felt like I was talking to someone who wasn’t trained at all – more like a vendor on a train than a professional representative. Such a letdown.
And another thing – the support agent (Vijay) seemed way more focused on getting a positive review than actually addressing my issue. I just don’t get why the team keeps pushing for good reviews without first tackling the real communication problems. It would be great if they could hire trained professionals who can communicate clearly and handle client interactions properly.
I want to clarify that my feedback isn’t directed at the whole support team—there are definitely some who are well-trained and great at communicating.
