I like the management of the contract functionality in RazorSign, which lets me see all contracts in one place without needing to go back and forth. I use Razor Sign daily for stamping and signing documents. It offers a comprehensive inventory of pre-configured stamps that can be attached directly to a document before sending it for signature. I like most about Razorsign is that my primary use of the razorsign application is to manage contract documents and handle approval levels. With this tool, I have the option to add different types of contracts and configure each of then according to its type after that I can easily initiate the approval process for the relevant stakeholders, this is again configurable with levels of approvals according to agreement criticality, this is a great advantage because of eliminating the need for manual intervention. The e-signing feature in RazorSign is very easy to use. I have to use it on daily basis. Once I generate an invoice, I can upload it to the RazorSign application and send it for e-signature to the authorized signatory.
