I use RazorSign for e-signature and documents automation in daily tasks. It's easy to access email via token or number, and it's secure by providing data in encrypted form. RazorSign solves several daily workflow challenges, especially around contract and documents management. Automated reminders and reusable templates reduce repetitive work for procurement teams. I like its simplicity and efficiency where contracts and approvals that used to take days can now be completed in minutes with the e-signature workflow. It speeds up the approval processes using the e-signature workflow, reducing errors and saving a tremendous amount of time and effort. Users can create and customize templates from existing Microsoft Word documents without needing any technical knowledge or modifications in variables, and the setup for user accounts, roles, and permissions ensures secure access and management. I like most about Razorsign is that my primary use of the razorsign application is to manage contract documents and handle approval levels. With this tool, I have the option to add different types of contracts and configure each of then according to its type after that I can easily initiate the approval process for the relevant stakeholders, this is again configurable with levels of approvals according to agreement criticality, this is a great advantage because of eliminating the need for manual intervention. Before we started using the Razorsing tool, our main challenge was managing the approval levels workflow and handling contract documents. After implementing the tool, both of these issues have been resolved easily, as we were able to set up the necessary master data, and now everything is working as intended. One of its standout features is how easy it is to navigate—everything feels intuitive and well-structured, even if you're not the most tech-savvy person. Getting started was a breeze, which really highlights how simple the setup process is. I managed to create my workflows without needing any outside help. I find myself using the platform almost every day, especially for handling recurring contracts. The templates feature is a massive time-saver, and it comes packed with a ton of powerful tools—definitely a great value for the price. It integrates seamlessly with the other tools in my tech stack, so I've never had any issues with that. And on the rare occasions when I needed support, the customer service team has been quick to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. RazorSign is actually a pretty solid software. In the past, when my account was managed by the previous account manager, everything ran smoothly and was well-coordinated. However, since the change in account managers, things have taken a turn for the worse. The current support executive, Vijay, really struggles with communication. He attempts to speak in English, but it’s often hard to grasp what he’s trying to say. It feels like he’s only using English because we do, not because he’s comfortable with it. This creates a lot of confusion and ends up wasting time. Additionally, some of our internal users would rather communicate in Hindi or clear English, but Vijay tends to mix both languages, which makes it even harder to follow. If all the information is available in the application but your support executive can’t explain it clearly, then what’s the point? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about RazorSign? Absolutely – communication support is key. The software itself works well, but the quality of support leaves a lot to be desired. I’m updating my review after a really disappointing experience. It felt like I was talking to someone who wasn’t trained at all – more like a vendor on a train than a professional representative. Such a letdown. And another thing – the support agent (Vijay) seemed way more focused on getting a positive review than actually addressing my issue. I just don’t get why the team keeps pushing for good reviews without first tackling the real communication problems. It would be great if they could hire trained professionals who can communicate clearly and handle client interactions properly. I want to clarify that my feedback isn’t directed at the whole support team—there are definitely some who are well-trained and great at communicating.
