**What do you like best about RateMyService?**

What really wows me about RateMyService is just how easy it makes gathering customer feedback. It's like having a virtual suggestion box that's always open, and the insights I've gained have been gold for improving our services. The interface? Super user-friendly. I didn't need to be a tech wizard to figure it out, which was a huge relief. Plus, the reporting tools are top-notch. They break down the feedback into clear, actionable insights, so it's not just a bunch of data – it's like a roadmap to making our service better. Another big win is the real-time feedback feature. It's like getting instant report cards from customers, and who wouldn't want that? It helps us pivot quickly if something's not working. And, I have to give a shout-out to their customer support. Every time I've reached out, they've been on the ball, super helpful, and genuinely nice people.

**What do you dislike about RateMyService?**

If I have to nitpick, I'd say RateMyService could use a bit more customization. It's great out of the box, but having the option to tailor it more closely to our specific needs would be the cherry on top. And while the pricing is fair for what you get, a more flexible pricing plan for smaller businesses or startups would be fantastic. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's something that could make RateMyService even more accessible.

**What problems is RateMyService solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RateMyService is a game-changer in solving the mystery of what our customers really think. Before, we were somewhat shooting in the dark, making assumptions about customer satisfaction and areas for improvement. Now, we have concrete data. This feedback directly informs our product development, helping us to prioritize features or fixes that matter most to our customers. It's also been a huge help in refining our customer service approach. By identifying patterns in feedback, we've been able to train our team more effectively and address common concerns more proactively. In a nutshell, RateMyService has made our business more customer-focused and responsive, and that's a big win in any book.

**What do you like best about RateMyService?**

It is very easy to create a survey and record the feedback received from customer. It is very helpful in analysing the areas where we need improvement and moreover creating survey is nery easy than other tools.

**What do you dislike about RateMyService?**

I used this for collecting data from indiviuals for my research work and did not found any particular drawback in the system. Even it made my work easy and faster.

**What problems is RateMyService solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It help in collecting feedbback from indiviuals regarding the service i provide during my teaching career and with this i was able to find out my weaknesses and the areas of improvement in my teaching.

**What do you like best about RateMyService?**

Your survey can be customized to your liking and can be implemented across your company in no time!
I like that you can add your users in various ways, manually, upload a CSV and integrate with G-Suite or Office 365.

**What do you dislike about RateMyService?**

At the moment I do not have anything I am not liking about RateMyService, it fulfills its purpose that ensuring customers can at any time rate any of the staff.

**What problems is RateMyService solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have any problems that need solving, If I have any queries, the support team is just an email away.
If you get stuck during the setup process, there are tutorials showing you step by step to help you through the process.

It's still needs to improve a little bit the internal UX, but I'm getting a great response rate from customers.

One of the best things about RateMyService is that it allows businesses to learn valuable customer feedback easily & the software is also incredibly user friendly

**What do you dislike about RateMyService?**

I don't have any dislikes or feel that the product is missing anything. RateMyService has given me all I need in a sharp efficient tool and not to mention their incredible customer service.

Every customer has a different experience with your company. Whether it's negative or positive, RateMyService ensures that your business addresses these issues promptly which increases your customer experience and performance.

We implemented 'Rate my service' and noticed an instant engagement from our clients. There is nothing more important than understanding our clients and their needs.  I also love the ability to track the feedback of each of our staff members.

There is nothing that we don't like and nothing we would change.

Our main reason for signing up was to find out quickly when a client is dissatisfied in order to provide speedy solutions. My second best feature is that we can track the performance of each staff member according to the ratings they receive from clients and providers.

**What do you like best about RateMyService?**

It's easy to use and great for feedback from customers. It's great for that month-to-month reports so we can determine the overall outlook of what's going on with the teams.

**What do you dislike about RateMyService?**

I don't really have many dislikes with it but what id add is a section where you can add it to a link with a popup.

**What problems is RateMyService solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved a few small problems regarding adding admins but that was resolved. The benefits are great for us to get the necessary feedback we require.

It's very easy to navigate and use and easy to distribute the code to staff to upload to their email signature

It would be nice to be able to export reports (but that feature will be added soon)

It's a quick and easy solution for customers to be able to rate us to comply with our Quality Management system audit requirements
