What do you like best about RateMyService?

What really wows me about RateMyService is just how easy it makes gathering customer feedback. It's like having a virtual suggestion box that's always open, and the insights I've gained have been gold for improving our services. The interface? Super user-friendly. I didn't need to be a tech wizard to figure it out, which was a huge relief. Plus, the reporting tools are top-notch. They break down the feedback into clear, actionable insights, so it's not just a bunch of data – it's like a roadmap to making our service better. Another big win is the real-time feedback feature. It's like getting instant report cards from customers, and who wouldn't want that? It helps us pivot quickly if something's not working. And, I have to give a shout-out to their customer support. What do you dislike about RateMyService?

If I have to nitpick, I'd say RateMyService could use a bit more customization. It's great out of the box, but having the option to tailor it more closely to our specific needs would be the cherry on top. And while the pricing is fair for what you get, a more flexible pricing plan for smaller businesses or startups would be fantastic. What do you like best about RateMyService?

It is very easy to create a survey and record the feedback received from customer. It is very helpful in analysing the areas where we need improvement and moreover creating survey is nery easy than other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Your survey can be customized to your liking and can be implemented across your company in no time!
