What do you like best about Raaft?

I love that after initial setup Raaft runs in the background automatically saving our customers from churn.

The ability to set our own paths to send churned users down, and sign-post materials and tactics to retain them is very useful at producing a positive ROI in our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raaft?

Nothing - excited to see what new features they add around spotting potential churn.

What do you like best about Raaft?

The personal assistance we received when first signing up was game-changing. It required customizing our CRM (Hubspot) and the Raaft team helped us implement everything at no additional cost. They've been just as helpful anytime we've asked anything of them for the past 1.5 years since! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Raaft?

I wish there was a way to synchronize the nice dashboard reports within Raaft, *into* Hubspot so that we can enjoy that same reporting from within our crm. This is more of a "nice to have" than a requirement but it sure would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
