**What do you like best about Qwoty?**

Before this, our quotes were built in Word, pricing lived in a spreadsheet someone forgot to update, and honestly errors were just... expected. Now I paste in a client brief or forward an email and there's a draft ready in under two minutes. Last month a prospect sent a PDF with a list of 30 services they needed scoped — I had a quote back to them before the end of the call. The HubSpot sync is the other thing I use constantly. I can actually see where deals are without digging through my inbox. And the team at Qwoty was really present during setup — we had someone walking us through things whenever we got stuck, which made a real difference.

**What do you dislike about Qwoty?**

The product catalog search slows down noticeably when you're working with a lot of SKUs. And some configuration options feel a bit buried — took me a while to find where to adjust certain default settings. Not blockers, but worth knowing.

**What problems is Qwoty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We went from quotes that took half a day and still had mistakes, to something we can turn around in minutes with actual margin visibility. For a consulting firm where speed and accuracy on proposals matters, it's been worth it. I'd say 4 out of 5 — there's still some room to polish the UX in places, but the core quoting flow does exactly what we need.

**What do you like best about Qwoty?**

Before this, I was building quotes in Word, copy-pasting prices from a spreadsheet, and then literally printing things out for signatures. It was embarrassing honestly. Now I paste in a client email or drop in their Excel file and a draft quote comes back in like a minute. Last month a prospect sent me a PDF with 30+ line items at 4pm and I had a clean quote with e-sig back to them before they left the office. That kind of speed used to be impossible for us. The HubSpot sync is also something I use every single day — deal stages update automatically, no more toggling between tabs to log everything manually.

**What do you dislike about Qwoty?**

The product catalog search slows down when you're scrolling through a lot of SKUs — we have around 400 and it gets a bit laggy. Also wish there was an easier way to duplicate and tweak existing quote templates instead of rebuilding from scratch each time. Small stuff but it adds up.

**What problems is Qwoty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were losing deals to competitors who could turn quotes around faster. That's just not happening the same way anymore. And the fact that e-signature is built in — no extra tool, no extra cost — was a bigger deal than I expected. If your quoting process is still living in spreadsheets, it's worth a look.

**What do you like best about Qwoty?**

Before this, our pricing lived in three different spreadsheets and nobody really knew our margins in real time. I'd find out we'd killed a deal on price two weeks after the fact. Now the pricebooks and approval workflows are in one place, and when a rep wants to discount something, it goes through a proper flow instead of a Teams message I might miss. Last month a prospect asked for a revised quote mid-call and the rep had it ready before the call was even over. That used to be a half-day job. The approval rules were the thing I cared most about as CRO — I need to know nothing goes out below margin without my sign-off, and it actually works that way.

**What do you dislike about Qwoty?**

The reporting side is still a bit light for my needs. I can see quote activity but I can't easily slice win/loss data by product line or rep without exporting to Excel. And some of the configuration settings are buried a few menus deep — took us a while to find everything during setup. Not dealbreakers, but things I'd want them to improve.

**What problems is Qwoty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were losing deals to faster competitors and honestly the quoting cycle was a big part of that. Having margin visibility baked into every quote has changed how I manage the team. It's not a perfect tool but for what we needed — fast, controlled quoting — it delivers.
