I find making screens with QuickESign to be a bit cumbersome. If I don't create new screens on a fairly regular basis, there is a relearning curve that I have to go through. I wish QuickESign had a dedicated mobile app. The setup process was cumbersome because the TVs were Amazon Fire enabled, and the signs didn't always display when needed due to software updates. I dislike the issue where QuickESign gets stuck with the Roku screensaver when closing out. This could be potentially a Roku problem, but it affects the user experience with QuickESign. QuickESign interface is remarkably intuitive for a digital signage platform. We quickly built beautiful menus that update in real-time. We have been using QuickESign for many years. We have screens in the lunchroom and break rooms that are updated each week with company events, birthdays, new products, HR announcements and more. The product is easy to update and once configured just works. When the TV manufacture (Roku) updated something, we had to work with QuickESign support to resolve it. QuickESign was a very easy to use Cloud based software. The cost per year per display was low. Implementing the web based interface was easy to learn and there online help if needed. The TV/Monitor that we used was going to display the feed 24 hours so we needed a stable software for the Fire TV it was playing on. We had some questions about setup and their customer support was quick to answer any questions. QuickESign is an inexpensive way to put an updated sign system into a small, non-profit organization. I use it with our church to show the week's activities, show pictures of members doing events together, and playing small MP4 videos for certain events during the year. We use ours with no audio, but that would operate well also.
