We have been using QuickESign for many years. We have screens in the lunchroom and break rooms that are updated each week with company events, birthdays, new products, HR announcements and more. The product is easy to update and once configured just works. When the TV manufacture (Roku) updated something, we had to work with QuickESign support to resolve it. QuickESign was a very easy to use Cloud based software. The cost per year per display was low. Implementing the web based interface was easy to learn and there online help if needed. The TV/Monitor that we used was going to display the feed 24 hours so we needed a stable software for the Fire TV it was playing on. We had some questions about setup and their customer support was quick to answer any questions. QuickESign is an inexpensive way to put an updated sign system into a small, non-profit organization. I use it with our church to show the week's activities, show pictures of members doing events together, and playing small MP4 videos for certain events during the year. We use ours with no audio, but that would operate well also.

We love that any Roku TV is capable of being utilized for networked and coordinate digital signage via QuickESign. I can run the digital signage remotely, make any updates I need to... I can utilize many media formats, and the customer service is so responsive and helpful. It's flexible, and unlike so many other digital signage solutions where there are many screens needing to be managed, no extra device is necessary. All you need is the Roku TV and an internet connection to each TV. There are also helpful widgets that can be utilized as well.
