**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I've been using Quickbase for over 10 years. Quickbase is truly built for the low-code citizen developers but it empowers extensions, discovery and even the most senior devs into creating amazing applications and experience. I love the ease of use and the time to implement .

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I think Quickbase can do better in reporting. While reporting is extensive and useful fully custom powerful reporting is still a difficulty in the platform.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project management, contract management and legal management. This is extensively the best use cases I've found while construction management and adjacent areas are also powerful.

It's extremely easy to stand up powerful applications that solve actual business problems.

I'd like to see more UI configurations options,  dark mode,  more way to customize the user experience for my users.

We've been able to manage our entire operation from a handful of apps,  from simple management of people to an entire warehouse of inventory.

QB is an amazing platform that meets you were you are, they do not oversell or overpromise.  The work with you, partner with you and ultimately put together a platform that fits your business needs.

I love Quickbase!  I have nothing I dislikes.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickbase has changed the way we do business.  They have allowed us to find better ways to service our customers, enhance the employee experience and get rid of non value added activities.  At the end of the day, you make QB what you want and it helps you in so many ways.

**What do you like best about Quickbase?**

I like the history track comments feature in Quickbase because it allows me to easily find previous responses, which is useful when working on large projects and addressing new issues. The easily searchable database is another aspect I appreciate for its efficiency in retrieving needed information. Additionally, the customizable reports are fantastic because they let me include only the necessary information, which is particularly helpful for team alignment in dashboards.

I often find myself double-clicking a lot, which is a little annoying even though I'm used to it after years of using it.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Quickbase for tracking statuses and review comments. It's great having a searchable history and customizable reports to simplify finding previous responses. Dashboards help keep team alignment, saving time on large projects.

I appreciate how flexible Quickbase is, we have used it for a variety of solutions and I've had multiple times where I have been speaking with friends at other companies in different industries and suggested they use it to solve problems they are running into.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I had a ton of frustration with features that I thought should've been present in Grid Reports.... and literally all my problems were answered yesterday in the new feature review.

Our company uses Quickbase for everything from standard tables and forms to integrations with different external systems and databases.

I like how easy it is to use and the flexibility. What would normally take a developer weeks to create can take a simple minded person a couple of days.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

I wish that the relationships could go both ways without having to make a joiner table.  I also wish that there were more options when designing the forms. The newest update is great but I feel like it could be more customizable.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are having issues connecting our GIS map to Quickbase. I am also having issues with creating templates when needing different fonts.

It is very flexible and customizable. It is also relatively easy to use, even for those who are not super tech savvy. It can be used for a wide range of processes.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Dashboards are incredibly helpful, but the fact that only those with admin privileges can build them causes bottlenecks for people to be able to easily see their data.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working to make data collection and use  as seamless and easy as possible for on-the-ground program staff, to help them to use data to understand what's working and not working in programming.

Easy access upon signing in. Everything is on the headers for a quick link to the information I am looking for.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

It does provide a quick link to what I need to look at but once I am there, there is no button to click and return to the page I came from....have to physically change tabs.

I'm new enough to using the system I'm not sure. Biggest thing I like is it is one point to sign in and I can go to several of our additional links for easy access

I like that Quickbase is easy enough to configure, but it's not too simple and not too restrictive with what you can do.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

There are some internal conflicts when some improvements are made and others are retired. Sometimes there's some overlap in the timing, and some things won't work because the new things now exist and have caused an issue with the old things, but you're not ready to go to the new things, because they're not quite ready yet. In those situations it can be disruptive.

Quickbase allows us to centralize and collaborate across multiple organizations.

Quickbase has easy-to-read buttons on the website, so it isn’t confusing to figure out what to click.

I don’t like that when I click on my “leaves” or “open tickets,” it opens a new tab in my browser. I’d prefer it to stay in the original tab instead.

I like that Quickbase gives my front-end users a single pane of glass to access our multiple products designed and deployed in Quickbase. I also appreciate the time it takes to deploy solutions, which is quite efficient. The initial setup was relatively simple.

Large data operations can be problematic, currently using APIs but is somewhat costly and limiting without streaming data options available within our subscription.

I really like Quickbase's interface; it's very intuitive and easy to use. We have a Quickbase developer who custom develops features for us, and it appears to be super easy. The custom development allows us to do campaign finance reports, which is very helpful for organizations that want to use it for specific functions.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

When I'm saving a finance expenditure, it takes a couple of times to refresh the page to get the table at the bottom to load all the candidates. I don't know if that's actually a Quickbase issue or because of our custom development.

Quickbase solves communication issues by allowing staff to declare expenditures and time for campaign finance, enabling smooth reporting between state and national organizations.

Quick base is a low code way to develop applications to manage and collaborate with data as well as visualize it. I like the security features and the ability to work live with different permissions based on roles.

Quickbase is unbelievably versatile. It can fit any business and any workflow, whether it is a construction company or a manufacturing company or property management or solar projects. No code tools allow users to easily create custom solutions, automate processes and centralize operations on the platform. The provision of real time visibility and inter team collaboration ensures that everything is moving on well.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

The interface may be a little outdated and with all the customization choices, it would require time before learning how to make the best use of it. But when you are so used to it, the force and the strength can never be compared.

Very user friendly. It's not hard to learn or navigate the interface. I've been using QB for our work for almost 2yrs now and I never had a problem. Admins can also change details thru ticket if I mistakenly tagged inside.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

Not really dislike but there are times that it became slow due to traffic which I think is normal. But I hope this can be improve. But overall, it's fine.

We use QB for log ins; it helps by being user-friendly.

It’s easy to get started, and it offers a lot of capabilities. It can replace a lot of separate software, which makes it simpler to manage everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

It’s hard to find information, and the proprietary ecosystem makes it even more limiting. There also isn’t much of a community outside of Quick Base, so you can’t really expect to Google something and quickly find an answer the way you might with other products or services.

I use it for inventory management, replacing legacy systems, and deploying new apps quickly.

It's so intuitive! So many programs are very complicated, but this one was easy to use right out of the box.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

A small point, but the Edit All Projects Below feature is the feature that's very useful for me. I think it should be the default.

I run an e-newsletter business. I have to keep track of articles, authors, topics, editors, publication dates, status. I love the way Quickbase makes it so easy to add a field for each of these and sort them in so many ways. I really needed that and Quickbase makes it easy.

Quickbase has allowed us to handle our custom orders with ease. The app has been very solid and no downtime at all. We had moved from Excel to quickbase and was able to integrate all of our contacts and data needed. We have used Quickbase daily and it's proven it's usefulness.

**What do you dislike about Quickbase?**

None so far. We've been using it for a few years now and haven't gotten any issues as of yet.

**What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving our need for having a dispatch sheet for our orders that can quickly communicate with our carriers and our team. Quickbase helped us input an order and automatically schedule the delivery with a carrier. Something excel did not do for us in the past.

I find Quickbase to be very user-friendly. I really like how it gives me centralized access to all the data of our clients, which makes tracking and reporting easier. The initial setup was very easy, and I could learn it within an hour, which is a big upside of this user-friendly app.

Ease of change management - small changes / development done entirely in house or with QB partners, no long queue waiting for IT teams
Customer support - really knowledgeable and fast support

User account management can get tricky with the license based model, we often have users join and leave and when we go over our license cap another contract is needed

We have various different users and I love that depending on WHO is using our QB Tool, their experience is individualized and right for them while maintaining reportability and usability of the information on the back-end.

Building pipelines can be a scary feat, but I appreciate the help features and am looking forward to using some of the new AI features too.

For our intake tool, Quickbase is solutioning tracking the work that is coming into our team and managing/tracking the work through to completion with post-completion metrics.

I love how user friendly it is. The fact that you don't have to be a seasoned developer to use the platform is great.

The amount of system bugs I'm finding, affecting the experience for the end user, is getting a bit overwhelming. The amount of workarounds required when trying to put processes in place is frustrating.

I like the email notifications feature in Quickbase because it keeps us informed at every step, letting us know when we get an order and when it has been approved.
