"Quickbase Streamlines Project Tracking and Keeps Everything Centralized"
What do you like best about Quickbase?

Quickbase makes it easier to keep track of daily progress on our projects. We’re able to log in and see exactly how much work has been done, like how many documents have been entered, and that helps us answer client questions quickly. It’s also helpful that Quickbase lets us upload our final product into file storage, so everything is organized and accessible. The ability to work remotely and still have everything centralized in Quickbase is a big plus for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Before Quickbase, we were doing everything in Excel, and it was hard to see day-to-day progress from our contractors. If a client called asking for an update, we’d have to dig through files manually, which took time. Now, with Quickbase, we can track daily progress and see exactly where things stand. It’s also helped us streamline how we manage our title reports, which are complex and involve a lot of moving parts. Quickbase has made it easier to keep everything connected and organized, from the run sheets to the mineral chains and leasehold chains. It’s not perfect yet, but it’s a step forward in making our workflow more efficient and transparent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhanced Workflow with Seamless Customization"
What do you like best about Quickbase?

I like how customizable Quickbase is to meet my company's needs and how easy it is to do it. I don't have to call and wait for customer service to reach back out, I can just do it myself. The amount of setup time and implementation time was clearly communicated and was met by the Quickbase team. They also encouraged and helped onboard employees throughout the whole process. Quickbase has made life a lot easier by streamlining the ordering and approval processes through our 300 farms and 100 Orderers and Approvers. It has cut down multiple hours of our Accounting team trying to track down approvals. We are now importing scheduling using AI and preset customized templates, which means our HR team no longer has to manually make schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

I find controlling what users are allowed to request to see challenging. I would prefer if we could lock down a certain section so they wouldn't even know they can request to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quickbase Centralizes Our Data and Streamlines Operations"
What do you like best about Quickbase?

Quickbase has been a good fit for us because it allows us to track and manage a lot of different types of data in one place. We started using it in 2021, and it’s been helpful for keeping everything digital, especially after the pandemic when we moved away from paper records. I like that it’s flexible and customizable, so we can adapt it to our needs. For example, we’ve been able to use it for tracking attendance, inventory, and even gift cards by scanning barcodes. It’s also nice that it works well across different teams and departments, which is important for us since we have a lot of moving parts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Before Quickbase, we had to rely on paper records for everything, which was time-consuming and inefficient. Even after moving to digital records, we were still printing forms for signatures and then scanning them back into the system, which felt like a waste of time and resources. With Quickbase, we’ve been able to keep all our enrollment and intake forms digital, which saves us a lot of extra work and paper.

Another challenge was tracking attendance and services. Right now, teachers manually mark attendance on weekly sheets, and we don’t have a way to track when clients enter or leave the building. Quickbase has helped us start exploring solutions for these issues, like using barcodes or QR codes to track check-ins and check-outs. It’s also helped us manage inventory, like tracking the distribution of diapers or gift cards.

Overall, Quickbase has made it easier to centralize our data and streamline processes. It’s not perfect, and there are still things we’re working on, like making sure new features are user-friendly for everyone, but it’s been a solid tool for organizing and managing our operations. "Developer's Dream Sandbox with Robust Features"
What do you like best about Quickbase?

I like that Quickbase is like a giant sandbox. I enjoy the fact that if you can articulate an idea, it can most likely be built or solutioned in Quickbase. There are a lot of controls for the developer, such as code pages, formula fields, restructuring of tables, pipelines, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Tracking where elements of Quickbase are used is lacking. For example, if I want to know where a report is used (perhaps embedded, perhaps referenced in a formula, etc) I can't get a good understanding of this unless I know from memory or do a deep dive into formula fields and form elements. I look forward to an easy dev, test, and production environment built into Quickbase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Setup and Flexibility with Quickbase"
What do you like best about Quickbase?

What I like most about Quickbase is the simplicity of it, from both the developer and the user standpoint. I like the flexibility of the system, and it's extremely easy to solve complex problems with Quickbase. I also like how fluid the system and platform are—there's never been anything that we wanted to do or solve in Quickbase that we couldn't figure out a way to do. The initial setup of Quickbase was seamless for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

The only thing I can think of that could be improved for Quickbase is modernizing the user interface. Other companies similar to Quickbase are heavily involved in using artificial intelligence. Quickbase is using artificial intelligence in a lot of areas throughout the platform, but they might be a bit behind in terms of AI, however this could also be a good thing. "Effortless, Rapid Development with Quickbase"
What do you like best about Quickbase?

I am a developer and have been using Quickbase for more than 20 years, developing hundreds of apps. Quickbase excels at handling complex applications, workflows, and permissions. The development platform is amazingly fast, allowing me to create an amazing amount of deliverables for my clients in just an hour or two. It's great that I can deliver tremendous functionality at a very low cost and there's almost always a way to meet client requests, no matter how convoluted or particular they may be. I really appreciate the AI tools that help get a starter app running in about five minutes by describing what it needs to do, getting you 3/4 of the way there quickly. I would rate Quickbase a 10 out of 10, and even higher if possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Quickbase mobile has improved quite a bit but could use a bit more improvement still. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quickbase: Easy, Flexible App Building Without Deep Technical Skills"
What do you like best about Quickbase?

I like that Quickbase makes it incredibly easy to build and customize applications without needing deep technical skills. It stands out for its high degree of customization, flexibility, and overall ease of use, which help teams tailor workflows, manage data smoothly, and create solutions quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Quickbase can feel confusing at times, especially with complex navigation and third‑party tools, and some users find the UI dated or unintuitive. Advanced integrations can also be tricky without deeper technical knowledge, and pricing can become high as usage scales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Hub with Customizable Architecture"
What do you like best about Quickbase?

I use Quickbase to connect people, data, and processes; it serves as our central hub for managing a global real estate portfolio. I appreciate the ability to control our own architecture. We've built an architecture tailored to our organizational hierarchy, pain points, processes, teams, and vendors. Despite the complexity of our requirements, the initial setup of Quickbase was completed in a fraction of the time it would take with competitor software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

The dashboards cannot compete with Power BI currently, causing us to build many dashboards in Power BI with purely Quickbase data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Andrew Reeser of Quickbase

We understand that some features may take longer to implement and we are continuously working to improve our processes. We appreciate your feedback and will strive to provide faster resolution to your tickets in the future.

"Flexible, No-Code Platform Which Makes Its Complex Workflows Simpler."
What do you like best about Quickbase?

Quickbase simplifies the development and personalization of applications that do not require the use of sophisticated coding skills. I adore its flexibility at the same time: build your own apps to fit your specific workflow, combine data to both build and have it automatically finish specific tasks in a few minutes. The visibility of projects and performance measures is very high, created by the real time dashboards and reporting tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

The cost may be somewhat expensive to small teams or startups, particularly in expanding to several users or applications. Certain of these integrations need further installation or third-party applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
