
Queue feels like it was designed specifically for agency owners. The ability to import Stripe subscriptions saved us hours and made onboarding seamless. We love how clean and branded the interface is for clients, the ability to share feedback across formats (images, PDFs, video links), and track revisions. Subtasks, labels, start/end dates, and threaded comments help our team stay aligned. The overall UX makes project delivery smooth and scalable. We wish Queue had a more open API or native Make.com integration—Zapier support is helpful but limited in terms of data access, which restricts our ability to build external automations. Another challenge is the lack of flexible pricing or access tiers for project-based collaborators. As a small agency that often brings on freelancers for specific projects, paying full price for each new user with limited access needs isn't scalable. It would be ideal to have limited-scope accounts for contractors or to create team-based logins that don’t require full authentication or full pricing.
