"Queue transformed how we onboard, manage, and scale our client work"
What do you like best about Queue?

Queue feels like it was designed specifically for agency owners. The ability to import Stripe subscriptions saved us hours and made onboarding seamless. We love how clean and branded the interface is for clients, the ability to share feedback across formats (images, PDFs, video links), and track revisions. Subtasks, labels, start/end dates, and threaded comments help our team stay aligned. The overall UX makes project delivery smooth and scalable. It's truly helped us grow faster while improving client satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue?

We wish Queue had a more open API or native Make.com integration—Zapier support is helpful but limited in terms of data access, which restricts our ability to build external automations. Another challenge is the lack of flexible pricing or access tiers for project-based collaborators. As a small agency that often brings on freelancers for specific projects, paying full price for each new user with limited access needs isn't scalable. It would be ideal to have limited-scope accounts for contractors or to create team-based logins that don’t require full authentication or full pricing. A more flexible structure for part-time collaborators would go a long way for lean teams like ours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unprecedented Support and Specialized Features Outshine Competitors"
What do you like best about Queue?

I absolutely love the unparalleled support from Queue, where the founder himself often helps resolve issues and improve the software rapidly. This level of personal attention is remarkable. The robust billing framework, which offers clients a single place to manage their entire relationship, is a massive advantage. The platform's specialized focus allows me to start with most of the setup already completed, unlike other tools where I spent months configuring. The whitelabeling feature reduces brand confusion, and the effective Stripe integration for client billing is beneficial. It allows me to service and manage clients efficiently in one central location. The developer's responsiveness and adaptability to user feedback make Queue an incredible choice, and I believe these strengths will help them surpass major players over time. What do you dislike about Queue?

I would update the Project Management user interface to make it more polished, and I would update the task interface to make it more useful, currently I find that limited compared to more mature tools like notion or Clickup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
