**What do you like best about Quantified AI?**

Quantified has been an instrumental asset in our onboarding process.  The platform has enabled us to enhance disease state education and improve verbalization practice of our core messages.  Our new hires love the safe environment it provides for practice and learning.
The team at Quantified are attentive, professional, and always address our concerns in a timely manner.  
In summary, Quantified delivers an outstanding experience for our learners and our trainers.  It has become an essential part of our onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about Quantified AI?**

While Quantified is an invaluable platform for onboarding there are areas for opportunity.  For example, ensuring the avatar has enough practice rounds with the existing reps to learn different terminology and disease state knowledge can be challenging logistically.  
The avatar adapts with more practice sessions and those interactions are needed to mimic realistic customer engagements.  I wish there was a way to provide more time for the avatar to learn and gain exposure.  This would equip the system to handle more diverse customer interactions.  This adaptation would improve Quantified’s already impressive capabilities.

**What problems is Quantified AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quantified solves a critical problem I face in training.  Accommodating more practice time on a flexible schedule.  It allows users to improve their understanding of the disease and hone their skills in customer engagement.  Most importantly, offering all this in a safe space and at the learner’s pace.

**What do you like best about Quantified AI?**

Quantified's customer service is terrific in matching your needs to a potential solution. You never felt like they were trying to jam a round peg into a square hole, and their solutions are highly customizable enabling specific focus on the right details. We've observed a significant increase in the time our learners invest into practicing using Quantified because it's available on-demand and allows for honest self-reflection without the fear of judgement.

**What do you dislike about Quantified AI?**

As far as I am aware, the Avatar is unable to support 'dynamic' conversations that may lead in a number of different directions. To be fair, I'm unaware of any product able to do this currently.

**What problems is Quantified AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standardization of onboarding certification processes. As an individual with many different responsibilities, this platform gives me time back to focus on other priorities while ensuring learners always have practice available to them on-demand. The tool ensures preparation of our learners grasp of key concepts before moving deeper into their onboarding training.

**What do you like best about Quantified AI?**

Quantified AI is easy to use, and the team is extremely responsive to any requests for modifications or support. We have been able to utilize Quantified AI for multiple purposes, including coaching and new hire training initiatives. The team works diligently to incorporate any features we've requested.

**What do you dislike about Quantified AI?**

I have not identified any downsides to using Quantified AI. As with any training or coaching modality, it is just necessary to identify whether that particular method is fit for purpose.

**What problems is Quantified AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our training team is small, and we support a large sales organization. Quantified AI helps us to provide individualized support in a way that is practical given this resource constraint.

**What do you like best about Quantified AI?**

Quantified, a startup focused on sales learning technology, has launched a new platform that uses AI to simulate sales conversations and provide coaching to reps. The goal of Quantified's platform is to make sales training more efficient and effective.
The software's powerful business analytics and sales capabilities driven by AI enable high-impact performance and flexibility.

**What do you dislike about Quantified AI?**

Like any learning tool, adoption requires time and effort. Rather than a separate application, users may prefer speech analysis integrated directly into platforms like Teams, Skype or Zoom for automatic feedback. User engagement remains a challenge - in our experience, over a two-year period with more than 30 users, leverage has been relatively low even though early adopters recognize benefits and performance improvements. Tighter platform integration and focusing on ease-of-use could drive wider and sustained usage leading to skill development at scale over time across broader teams.

**What problems is Quantified AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quantified AI has illuminated shortcomings in my presentation skills that I was previously unaware of. By pinpointing areas needing improvement, I have been able to markedly strengthen my presentation abilities.

Additionally, Quantified AI has transformed my approach to speech preparation. Rather than relying solely on improvisation, I now focus on crafting effective scripts to communicate ideas clearly and convincingly to audiences.

Overall, Quantified AI has provided targeted feedback and actionable insights that have enhanced both my presentation technique and speechwriting process. My skills have advanced considerably thanks to its detailed evaluations of my performance and constructive recommendations.

**What do you like best about Quantified AI?**

The platform itself is non user friendly.. Their customer support is not well which does not remain available to help and solve any inquiries.

**What do you dislike about Quantified AI?**

Quantified AI needed to improve in providing more detailed explanations about their AI models and algorithms. This increase users understanding and confidence in the generated outputs. The lack of transparency raises concerns about the reliability and accuracy of their predictions which're critical for decision making.

**What problems is Quantified AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Public speaking has always been a problem for me but Quantified AI lacks to solve this. By using this I have noticed that there is no any improvment  in speaking abilities. It is unable to solve the problems.

The business analytics and sales are the major plus points in the software that runs aggressively high and impressive and can be redesigned by Ai.

Not much but the glitches and more info on sales and sales analytics and business processes can be expected thats it not more than that.

**What do you like best about Quantified AI?**

Impressive to see the analysis, so quikly and accurately of your speech. I especially like the learning content provided, it is connected well with my growth opportunities.
I don't know competitors who are able to do such an analysis.
I like the customer experience, as it is quite easy to use the tool and progress. The recent evolution, with learning paths are even better.

**What do you dislike about Quantified AI?**

As any learning activity, it required time. Then, I would prefer to have an integrated tool into TEAMS, Skype or Zoom, which will automatically analyse all my speeches. As feed-back, people like the solution but do not use it because of lack of time. After 2 years of usage, with more than 30 people, engagement is very low. But the few who really leverage the tool see the benefits and the direct impacts on their growth.

Our people may have difficulty expressing themself in public, in clear and straightforward english. the tool helped them feel more confident and then deliver the message they want. Presentation to leadership, development discussion with peers or project update are the main activities impacted by the tool

**What do you like best about Quantified AI?**

Quantified AI has this wonderful capability to analyse my speech and give me accurate and immensely useful feedback.

It has a good collection of resources to help me understand what I should improve on and how. The resource repository is also organised nicely by specific skills based sections, so that it is easy to navigate and learn what I specifically want to.

**What do you dislike about Quantified AI?**

Well, I would have liked it to be integrated with my organization 's learning portal so that it would be easier for me to access, instead of going to a separate URL.

**What problems is Quantified AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quantified AI has helped me understand the shortcomings in my presentation skills, which no one has pointed out to me yet.

It has helped me truly improve on my presentation skills. Also, it has improved my approach to preparing the script right for my speech, instead of relying on impromptu extempores.

Growing as a public speaker is a challenging and time-intensive undertaking. The QC tool enables people to improve their skills at a much faster rate than previously possible.

**What do you dislike about Quantified AI?**

Some people do not like recording themselves or distrust the feedback. Once users get over these hurdles and use the tool, it provides excellent guidance based on human expert scores in combination with AI.

**What problems is Quantified AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our MBA students need speaking practice with detailed feedback. The tool allows us to scale what we are teaching at Darden in with instructor guidance.

Doing coaching with AI is interesting, there are things I really learned, but there's also a lot I wish I could talk to someone about.

As an AI tool analyzes speech, the tool lacks human insights such as gut feelings.  For example, there was a speech in that I felt the speaker was withholding certain information.  But the AI tool rated the speaker as very trustworthy.

**What problems is Quantified AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As my primary job description is hardware design, and I rarely interact face-to-face with clients, Quantified AI is not much help.  However, as I start meeting clients more, Quantified AI will become more and more helpful.

Quantified is not only valuable for our sales reps to improve their skills on an ongoing basis, but it also streamlines management's ability to oversee and evaluate the performance of the sales team.

**What do you dislike about Quantified AI?**

They are a startup, so the available resources on their product are somewhat limited at this time, but that's all part of being a growing business in the SaaS space.

Quantified is now standardized as part of our sales development and review processes. The cost of the product is paid off tenfold in terms of improved close rates.
