**Describe the project or task Quail helped with:**

Quail helped us install their point of sale  software into a medium sized antique mall in the greater Philadelphia area.

**What do you like best about Quail?**

Ease of use for the end client.  Great customer service with install and getting inventory set up.  Fast response time to questions that the client had and was always helpful

**What do you dislike about Quail?**

There was not much to dislike with the quick transition team and work thta they did.  As with any POS, set up is always the toughest part but we knew that hurdle was coming and were prepared.

**Recommendations to others considering Quail:**

Great way to be ready for end of year taxes and make sure that all ducks are ina row for IRS.

**Describe the project or task Quail helped with:**

This system has gone a long way in reducing the workload at my business and hence helping me to reap the benefits of system efficiency.some of the ways it has achieved this is through the following, it has  helped me in keeping accurate reports, tracking my employees,maintain consistency in prices of my products and efficient stock management. 

**What do you like best about Quail?**

It is a robust system with daily automated backups of all the stores data and sales.its also easy  to use and has a trial period so that you can try out things before you commit.Also since its a store management program with search functionality it comes in handy when you want to locate a lost item.

**What do you dislike about Quail?**

.Being a subsribcription system its a little pricey. That fact maybe a deterrent to small enterprises  because paying for it monthly can result in significant continuing costs for something that is supposed to be an investment that brings long-term returns.
