
I appreciate using F6S for online applications in our startup competition. It's a key part of the Swiss FinTech Awards process where startups can apply, and our jury can rate all applications. I very much appreciate the availability and responsiveness of customer support. If something doesn't quite work, F6S is usually very fast with responding and helpful. I appreciate that I have a key account manager that I can always reach out to. Also, F6S has its own startup network, which we can leverage in addition to our own network/database of startups to drive applications for our competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the user experience could be a bit easier. It's not very intuitive to use. The user experience got better over the years but sometimes settings or features are hidden in a lot of complexity. Simplifying the UI could help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
