Not only did we make every payment and complete our loan. They keep doing credit pulls with no way of removing them from or our business account. They will deny you new funds based off of algorithms. Only one person answers the phones and it’s the same person every time. The last reason they did not provide funding was due to “Inadequate performance in related Fundbox account”. So just know if you make all you daily payments on time and pay off your full amount it’s considered “Inadequate performance”. Nothing personal about this company. Just a bunch of robots. What do you like best about Fundbox?

After initial setup, funding was in my bank account within three business days, sometimes sooner, making it the easiest way to supplement my cash flow during slow times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fundbox?

The weekly payments can be challenging at times but as long as you don't max out your limit, you can always draw funds to cover a payment. The problem is when you get behind and miss a payment, they WILL NOT work with you. I was with them for six years and never missed a payment until last year and they tried to draw the payment from my personal account, then they would not work with me even though I had continued to make my payments. What problems is Fundbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

"Convenient Dashboards Offering Great Visibility "

What do you like best about Fundbox?

I like that it was super easy to set up an account with FundBox and I just love the visibility their dashboards provide. FundBox integrates with accounting software as well as links to a company bank account. All together this gives me the ability to easily move funds around. I like that the balance can be repaid early without additional fees. I also find very helpful the ability to draw more funds once a portion of the debt is repaid. What do you dislike about Fundbox?

What I don't like about FundBox is that it is not that simple to navigate through the account. Every time I need to locate a Balance Statement, I spend quite a lot of time searching for it. If you are a startup like us and need more financial flexibility when some unforeseen expenses come up, you might find FundBox being a very helpful solution. FundBox integrates with QuickBooks online or desktop, and other accounting software. It also links to a company bank account which gives one the ability to easily move funds around.
