**What do you like best about QT9 QMS?**

QT9 QMS we maily use document control and audit modules, and it makes it easy to pull records during audits. CAPA tracking is easy and well organized, so tasks don’t get missed. Training records are also simple to mange entry for our team. We also use the maintenance and calibration modules and they fit in fine with the rest of our workflow.

**What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?**

I have’t seen any problem using it so far. All issues are logged properly, follow up actions are closed faster and keeps the records clean.

**What problems is QT9 QMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QT9 QMS helped us transition away from a paper based system. Now we can track everything in one place, which means less manual work and better control over our processes. It also helps us close out actions more fastest and keeps our records clean, organized and easy to manage.

**What do you like best about QT9 QMS?**

We use QT9 for ISO 9001 compliance.  The system is set up very well, functions exactly like we need it, and has good workflow.  The structure and workflow are extremely important, as it bakes in your separation of duties and compliance mandates.  We've used it for 6 years now, and don't plan on switching.  It's a great value for the money.

**What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?**

There are a few menu locations and workflow inconveniences I would update (like property/equipment management), but, it's extremely functional.

**What problems is QT9 QMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use QT9 for ISO 9001 compliance. It reinforces proper workflow, has a document repository, and helps us track issues and corrective actions.  Good software!

QT9 has significantly improved training compliance and employee competency. Processes that were previously fully manual are now electronic, greatly reducing the time required for completion. In addition, collecting and analyzing data for metrics reviews has become faster, easier, and more efficient than ever.

Some processes require multiple steps, and I wish their was a faster path to the end goal at times.

It lacks the ability to request expired documents from suppliers, as well as the option for suppliers to automatically upload expired documents without direct interaction.

We currently manage our quality, safety, and maintenance systems using paper logs. Switching away from that will save a ton of time and resources.

**What do you like best about QT9 QMS?**

QT9 makes it easy to keep everything audit-ready—docs, training, and CAPAs are organized and quick to pull up when we need them.

I really like how customizable the workflows and forms are, so it fits our process instead of forcing us to change everything.

The dashboards and reporting give me a clear view of what’s happening (and what’s overdue) without digging through a bunch of screens.

**What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?**

Sometimes the interface feels a bit busy, so it took a little time to learn where everything lives—but once you’re used to it, it’s fast.

A few reports/workflows require some initial setup and tweaking to get perfect, yet the flexibility is worth it and the results are excellent.

**What problems is QT9 QMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QT9 gives me one place to log, investigate, and close out customer complaints, with clear ownership, due dates, and a clean history trail.

It tightens up document control—versioning, approvals, and controlled distribution—so we’re not chasing the “latest” SOP or form.

For audit prep, I can pull training records, CAPAs, change history, and supporting evidence quickly, which cuts stress and scrambling.

Overall it reduces manual tracking and spreadsheets by connecting quality activities end-to-end, so nothing slips through the cracks.

**What do you like best about QT9 QMS?**

Having originally implemented QT9 in 2019 (pre-covid), it became an unrealized lynchpin for the company as a whole due to most of our employees having to work from home for an unknown amount of time during the pandemic leaving our essential workers onsite. We were able to not only continue business, it allowed our team to maintain and improve our QMS due to anyone having access to the system from virtually anywhere, so long as the associate had access to the internet. Furthermore, anytime we had an external audit from a certifying body, the auditor could remain in a conference room with our Quality team to view our entire QMS until it was time to speak with subject matter experts. All controlled documentation is easy to access, along with other critical Quality needs such as calibration and maintenance records, corrective actions and management review meeting notes. The system was so successful at our local level that our global headquarters and all sales and service centers across the world adopted the program.

**What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?**

Pricing has risen considerably in the past few years which potentially does not allow smaller companies or start-ups to access such a wonderful tool.

**What problems is QT9 QMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When the entire QMS is localized, variables such as spreadsheets and multiple checkpoints in regard to storage are removed saving a considerable amount of time. In addition, when a QMS is simple to access, it evokes more trust and input from all associates bringing forth the ownership of Quality to everyone within the organization. This is paramount in evoking the Quality and Continuous Improvement mindset.

I previously used QT9 at another company and had an excellent experience, which is why I'm looking to bring it into our startup. The platform strikes the perfect balance between ease of use, robust functionality, and reasonable pricing - an ideal combination when working with tight timelines and budgets. 

QT9's interface is intuitive, making it easy for team members across difference departments to adopt quickly with minimal training. This ease of navigation has been a major advantage in keeping projects moving without delays. 

Another standout is the QT9 team itself - responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently professional. Any questions we've had were addressed promptly.

Although we are not yet users of QT9 at our current company, I’ve had experience using it with a previous employer and always appreciated the clean, intuitive user interface. It made navigating the system and completing tasks straightforward, even for new users.

Our demo experience so far has been excellent. The QT9 team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They’ve done a great job walking us through the system’s capabilities and answering our questions clearly and thoroughly.

We’re looking forward to exploring the platform further and seeing how it could support our quality management goals moving forward.

**What do you like best about QT9 QMS?**

As the Quality and Process Specialist at DECI, I’ve led the implementation of QT9 across our organization, and the experience has been largely positive. The system’s modular structure allowed us to roll out Document Control, CAPA, and Training Management in phases, which made adoption smoother across departments. QT9 has improved visibility, accountability, and traceability in our quality processes, and its interlinked modules support our ISO compliance efforts effectively. While there’s still room for improvement in report customization and mobile accessibility, QT9 has proven to be a reliable and scalable solution for our quality management needs.

**What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?**

While it covers the core functions well, there are times when I wish I had more control over the UDFs. The system is solid, but a bit more flexibility would go a long way in tailoring it to our specific processes at DECI.

**What do you like best about QT9 QMS?**

From the start of our quality journey to find the right QMS for our org, it was clear that QT9 was the right fit.  The support and demonstrations leading up to the point of integration were in another category compared to other potential providers that we had meetings with.

The ability to automate approval workflows, track regulatory compliance, and manage multiple sites from one dashboard is a game-changer. Plus, the electronic signature approvals and automated reminders ensure everything stays on track and within compliance at all times.

QT9  has made our quality management processes more streamlined and efficient, and the fact that it’s fully validated gives us peace of mind.

**What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?**

We're relatively early in our implementation but I have no issues to report at this time.

**What problems is QT9 QMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our current QMS was put together using several different tools and platforms to achieve what QT9 is able to do in one single place.
This allows me to spend more time on the content of the process than the management of the process.

**What do you like best about QT9 QMS?**

The QT9 software is very user friendly. The modules are easy to use and make auditing very easy. The implementation is smooth. Our Implementation Specialist, Ricky Lopez, went above and beyond.

**What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?**

Good so far. I have no issues with the current version of QT9. QT9 is very receiving of recommendations for software improvements.

**What problems is QT9 QMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping up with due dates and approvals used to be manual. QT9 automates task notifications and routing. This cuts out the manual work.

While our team has not yet implemented QT9, we have been very impressed by the teams communication and continued support. The various demos our team attended were very well structured and it was clear to see the ease of use with QT9. The built in compliance and usability came across as the largest strength.

Since our team has not yet implemented QT9, at this time we do not see any red flags or areas of the QT9 QMS to dislike.

**What do you like best about QT9 QMS?**

QT9 is the easiest, most user friendly QMS software systems on the market.  I've done several ISO audits and even the auditors comment about how easy the software flows from one component to another.  Managing a chemical plant, my favorite aspect to QT9 is the seamless connection between safety incidents, their corrective actions, document revisions if needed, and training on those revisions.  Each countermeasure is linked and the process is easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?**

I'm being extremely picky here.  The maintenance module is very easy to use and does a good job at tracking calibrations, pm's, parts/supplies/materials, etc.  I wouldn't say it's as good as some of the dedicated CMMS programs on the market but its pretty close.  I wish you could add costs / expenses to all maintence activities which could then be used to create a maintenace budget.

**What problems is QT9 QMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QT9 made it easier to link non-conforming materials and corrective action plans directly to countermeasures and activities.  Whether from a customer complaint, NCP, or other issue, QT9 manages all employee tasks resulting from root causes.  It is easy to 'package' all these activities into an easy to follow 'cradle to grave' resolution.  It also generates very professional formal reports that can be sent to customers or suppliers as evidence that the issue was resolved and contermeasures in place to prevent them from happening again.  I was working with a very upset customer which resulted in us creating a corrective action.  After reading the final report which was generated from QT9, they knew we took the matter very seriously, put together a cross functional team with a bias for action, changed how we were doing things, and ultimately validated those changes to prove the countermeasures were working.  When it was all said and done, they were happy and even impressed.  They're still one of our best customers.

I have used and implemented a few established eQMS systems and found that the QT9 system is competitive in terms of features and price. It is a one-stop shop for the QMS documents and quality records, and it is cost-effective due to concurrent licensing, which allows customers to need fewer licenses. All processes are straightforward and easy to implement, with a user-friendly interface. The software system is validated, and it has a great customer service support team.

**What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?**

Overall, I’m a happy user of QT9 QMS, as we implemented almost all the modules. Perhaps the QT9 QMS requires more control over what information users can access for the safety module, as some information is confidential, and there are limited features in linking multiple NCP, ECN, and CC to one CA, no pre-approval steps for NCP, CAPA, and Complaint action plan before implementation, and less flexibility in setting up notifications to a specific user on the document control module (by department, which is sometimes not practical). The doc request number cannot be traced once the document has been released in the system.

The QT9 system helps to remove hardcopy quality records, save storage, and allow easy retrieval of quality records during audits and eliminate lost records.

**What do you like best about QT9 QMS?**

The Document Portal, NCR Reporting Capabilities, Auditing (both internal and external), and Customer Document Portal are essential modules for our daily operations as a service company. QT9 has consistently provided prompt and effective customer support, ensuring that our organization receives timely and satisfactory results. The system is highly user-friendly, enabling seamless operation across all levels of our organization.

Since the implementation of QT9, communication gaps between districts have been effectively bridged, with key members of our team utilizing the system on a daily basis. Additionally, the integration of our previous quality management system into QT9 was straightforward and efficient, without any significant challenges.

**What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?**

From my perspective, the downsides of the system are minimal. The only area of concern for our organization pertains to the Customer Document Portal. Currently, when a document is revised, an email notification is sent to alert staff members within our organization, but customers do not receive these alerts. As a result, it falls to our team to manually inform customers of any revisions made to R&M documentation. If this adjustment were made to the QT9 system, it would further enhance its effectiveness and make it a near-perfect solution from our standpoint.

As a service-oriented company, we manage hundreds of documents related to the repair and maintenance of our products. Ensuring these documents are consistently updated and effectively distributed both internally and externally is critical to maintaining the quality and reputation of our organization. The Document Portal and Customer Document Portal have streamlined this process, making it efficient and seamless. Additionally, the Quality Management System (QMS) has significantly improved communication regarding NCRs between districts, ensuring accuracy and ease in the exchange of information.

Having our QMS in one spot is a game changer.This date driven system with automatic reminders makes it almost impossible to forget something.  The training module has made it so easy to keep track of who knows what and once its set up, training new hires and training on document revisions is a breeze.

**What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?**

There's nothing I dislike about QT9.  I've yet to implement our risk program due to it not having a risk formula built in   for consistency, but I'm hoping in the future it will.

**What problems is QT9 QMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training -  Having it date driven, abililty to create profiles for the repeat  yearly trainings and being able to setup job titles the correlate with the documents makes it so easy when new associates onboard.
Document Control - Having all our documents in one module and being unable to revise a document until all the steps are followed has been huge with ensuring revisions are correct and the training is automatic on the revisions.

**What do you like best about QT9 QMS?**

Concurrent logged in licensing with unlimited users. Budget is known each year and predictable. Do not have to spend additional but limited budget for "light" users, power users, and those in between. Employee portal for training record completion not taking up active user license. Doc Portal add on absolutely worth it.

Best mix of "out of the box" QMS software that reduced overall implementation and integration workload. The "User Defined Fields" provides great customization ability for our specific company needs while maintaining the QT9 provided validation. Our integration specialist (thank you James!) was quick to provide support when we had issue with importing records at the start. The "QT9 University" that is included has provided our basis for training new users on our QMS.

**What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?**

Like any software, there are some minor user interface issues experienced.

**What problems is QT9 QMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Document Control: Moved from a paper based workflow to 100% digital workflow. This allowed folks at other sites and those who work remote to provide direct collaboration and approvals. ManageS and control all our documents that requires approval and revision control such as our marketing colladeral, labeling, SOPS, WIs, and even regulatory documents. 
CAPA Management: Directly improved our ability track open CAPAs vs our legacy paper system. No longer need a "spreadsheet" to issue CAPA numbers. Ability to direcly link CAR records to others such as Quality Events, NCs, and Deviations really helped with investigations.  
Training: Ability for light/ non-everyday users to log into dedicated employee portal to complete training has been great. Ability to directly link training needs and completion across documents and "skill sets"  has improved our overall training KPIs.

The sales and support staff are helpful and knowledable about the product and it's application, the system is simple, yet is a fully functional eQMS, has a streamlined user interface, and there were no add-ons pitched. 1 price tag for a full eMQS system, not broken out into expensive modules like other platforms. Has everything I need to be ISO audit ready with a few clicks.

The only downside I've experienced at this point is the lack of integration into our ERP. It's a standalone system that does have open API's, but it would be nice if it was compatable out-of-the-box.

QT9 QMS is getting us away from a messy, paper-based QMS that has proven ineffective due to it's cumbersome nature. With QT9 QMS, fewer resources can acheive much better results. I'm less worried about our ability to execute actions with the backing of the system.

All QMS processes data is in one convenient location. The software is very user friendly, plenty of training resources are available with a great customer support. Is is easy to import data from provided Excel forms. I love that there's a link connection like CARs to Audit or Risk Assessments. 
Great for collaboration with the team, and task reminding emails are very helpful. There's no need to chase people to get their signatures for documents approval - everything can be obtained through QT9. 
With QT9  it became easier to track employees training to new revisions of documents.

**What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?**

Great program. So far enjoy it a lot. Few recommendations: 
1) When creating a training test, it would be nice if there' could be more than one correct answer chosen as an answer.
2) Management review- Audits - Internal Audits tab: would be nice to enter more than one audit information and/ or link the audits that were performed during the period reviewed by Management review

I really like how we get started with an implementation plan and an implementation specialist that explains how to use all parts of QT9 QMS. I also really like how everything is logged in the Timeline section, so you're able to see what and who did something at a particular time. It has helped us keep track of what has been going on. Having an implementation specialist who can answer all your questions makes it much easier, as you can contact them at any time. They are very nice and answer/explain concepts very concisely.

**What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?**

As a new user, it was a lot at first, but I think it has been getting easier and easier. I think having some videos for each part of the implementation plan would be helpful (apart from the QT9 University videos).

Our company didn't have a concrete way to log quality management aspects such as training logs, quality audits, and supplier evaluations. This has helped us get back on the right track in terms of these things and allows easier documentation of CAPA and NCP systems as well as ECR/ECNs.

I have used QT9 for a while and find almost all of its modules to be useful and contained for audits be external sources.  Training modules are key and the generation of reporting I have found useful during audits as well. Support is very good when having issues and resources are always available for the modules online.

The only challenge I have had with QT9 is the CAPA module because it is not customer to how a particular company would approach their CAPA or SCAR system

I am able to tailor the modules to fit our processes.  The User Defined tab within each module is my favorite feature.  As I was building our system, I would be ask, "Can it do this?" or "Can it do that?" and the answer was generally, "Yes!".  

QT9 makes me look good to my superiors!  They have no idea how easy it is to use though!

**What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?**

I wish I could use the Customer Survey module.  Because it requires the client to have to log in and because their initial reaction to the email leads them to think they have to print a pdf hardcopy, I just use a different site where there is a link to the survey, no login required, and I'm able to analyze the data right there or export the results into a grid.

**What problems is QT9 QMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm just looking for a little more speed when I add large numbers of team members to a training record.  The more team members in a given record, the slower the processing speed like when I have to evaluate at the end to close the record or even when I'm just editing a single team member within the record.

That it assigns numbers to documents and tracks revisions.  It forces indviduals to sign out documents and have them make revisions on the same document so that there are not a lot of versions of the document floating around.  I like having a final approval of the document before it is posted.

I have not yet had a lot of time to use the new system, so at this point and time I am happy with the concept of how the process is supposed to work.

I demo'd multiple QMS systems for our healthcare company which is held to FDA and CDC requirements and we were able to get our certification using QT9. It was the most affordable yet comprehensive system we were able to find. I have zero complaints.

No complaints. The onboarding is comprehensive and they have real people quickly ready to solve any issue you come across.

There should be a little more flexibility to type in or create your own items on the tabs.

There are few things about QT9 that we dislike, one improvement might be linking multiple records instead of a 1:1 ration for each module to module.

**What do you like best about QT9 QMS?**

Support provided by your team is incredible. There is always a prompt response when I reach out for any queries/issues. Additionally the QT9 university webinars, help centre, wiki, etc resources are truly helpful. The system is quite powerful and a perfect one for a medical device start up like ours.

**What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?**

There are some pre-requisites before we are able to setup certain modules. As a start up we may not have time always to sit and learn these pre-reqs, these are often times missed and we end up establishing partial modules.

I have been searching for quality software for over a year. I was drawn to QT9 becasue of all the modules.  Once Cole showed me the program I was sold on it's ease of use , easy implementation process, the training that comes with it and especially the pricing.   I'm eager to get started with the program.

i have no complaints as we are brand new to the program

This will save us on paperwork, processing capa's, updateing SOP's, hours of scanning documents into the sytem after being completed by hand

I think there are some areas that should be more flexible to be able to be adapted to use for different businesses. Just some minor labeling

QT9 as a QMS has helped to digitize many processes that would otherwise have been handled through paper documentation. This gives greater control and traceability and is especially helpful during regulatory Audits allowing us to show that we have processes in control.

The inability to communicate with other data systems.

QT9 aids in managing NCPs, Deviations, CAPAs, and customer complaints. As well as tracking SOPs.

The added traceability of product compared to our current system is a fantastic improvement. Each module / feature is laid out the same for ease of use. The training modules / courses for each feature are easy to follow and match the system very well. In addition, customer support is very quick to respond and help with any issues.

**What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?**

Recording / transferring of automated inspection information. Reports can be attached for reference but if you have multi cavity molds with multiple features to measure. It is not realistic to record in the system during the inspection process.

Connectivity across multiple processes within our quality department. Reduces time wasted and helps to eliminate data silos.
