1. Bot issues are identified by us, submitted to QL2 via ticket that kicks off problem resolution - would like to see a more proactive system that detects anomalies or large drops in success that might detect a bot issue a little earlier. I think we have found a good work around but would be good for future QL2 development Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
