I mainly use Q-Fi Surveys to build and send out detailed questionnaires. It's handy for creating surveys with advanced features like skip logic and branching paths, which adapt to how respondents answer previous questions. The reporting tools make it easy to see trends without manually crunching numbers. What I appreciate most is how powerful Q-Fi Surveys is without requiring a computer science degree to use. The text piping feature is a massive win, making surveys feel personalized and conversational. I love the branding and customization options, allowing me to make surveys look like a natural extension of our website rather than a generic form. The drag-and-drop builder is intuitive and lets me set up complex surveys without coding. Additionally, the surveys work excellently on mobile, scaling perfectly, which is crucial since most people take them on their phones. Their customer support is genuinely helpful, offering peace of mind on tight deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Trying to edit a survey on a mobile device is a completely different story. The mobile editor interface is super clunky and frustrating to navigate. The integrations could definitely be smoother. Getting the survey data to automatically flow into other platforms or our CRM requires more manual work and exporting than I'd like. It doesn't always feel like it talks seamlessly to the rest of our tech stack. The built-in reporting hits a wall if you want to get really deep into the weeds. The native charts are a bit basic. If I need to do some heavy-duty analysis or complex cross-tabulation, I almost always end up having to export the raw data to Excel. The backend UI feels a little dated—it absolutely gets the job done, but it doesn't look or feel like a sleek, modern app on the creator's side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
