What do you like best about Q-Fi Surveys?

I mainly use Q-Fi Surveys to build and send out detailed questionnaires. It's handy for creating surveys with advanced features like skip logic and branching paths, which adapt to how respondents answer previous questions. The reporting tools make it easy to see trends without manually crunching numbers. What I appreciate most is how powerful Q-Fi Surveys is without requiring a computer science degree to use. The text piping feature is a massive win, making surveys feel personalized and conversational. I love the branding and customization options, allowing me to make surveys look like a natural extension of our website rather than a generic form. The drag-and-drop builder is intuitive and lets me set up complex surveys without coding. What do you dislike about Q-Fi Surveys?

Trying to edit a survey on a mobile device is a completely different story. The mobile editor interface is super clunky and frustrating to navigate. The integrations could definitely be smoother. Getting the survey data to automatically flow into other platforms or our CRM requires more manual work and exporting than I'd like. It doesn't always feel like it talks seamlessly to the rest of our tech stack. The built-in reporting hits a wall if you want to get really deep into the weeds. The native charts are a bit basic. If I need to do some heavy-duty analysis or complex cross-tabulation, I almost always end up having to export the raw data to Excel. A cleaner, more visual, fully drag-and-drop builder would speed up creation a lot. We’d love true drag-and-drop anywhere in the survey, visual reordering of pages, sections, and questions with a simple grab-and-move, visual indicators for where questions will land, and the ability to select multiple questions at once to move, copy, or delete. The UI of this survey platform is very chic and very smooth.I personally like this survey site as it gives an option for customizing my survey genres and i can easily share the survey to others also .It is more business oriented and it cost more than the free platform like Microsoft Forms etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you take this survey for creating surveys for your company so it will be hard to understand the logic at first sight and designing the survey or editing in phone is a big no as it lags much and very frustrating.
