Great for large case loads! **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2017 **What do you like best about Proware CMS?** CMS is really helpful for agrigating all information on a specific case. You can search several ways; by case, court case number, agency case number, etc. I appreciate the ability to go in at any time to make changes or additions. **What do you dislike about Proware CMS?** It is not always the most time-efficient program. There seem to be several steps to go through to find some basic information that could be made easier to find. **Recommendations to others considering Proware CMS:** There might be several benefits available that my office doesn’t take advantage of- spend time learning the program! **What problems is Proware CMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We’re solving the problem of time. The function of having everything in one place and searchable makes the process streamlined from start to finish. ### 2. It does a great job of being able to search by different methods including case name, agency case numbers, court case numbers and other party information. I like the additional programs that allow you to merge data into documents. **What do you dislike about Proware CMS?** There are some functions that are not very user friendly. For example, when I want to check to see who another department I click on one button but then I have to go through a seemingly never ending rabbit hole to get the information that I actually need. It would be nice to have some of the information more streamlined. **Recommendations to others considering Proware CMS:** It's a great system for heavy case loads. It would be just as good for a smaller case loads although I'm not sure the cost would be worth it. It really is a good system. **What problems is Proware CMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits of this software is by far how quickly you can streamline the case from the original entering of the case to being able to add additional information throughout the lifespan of the case and merging different documents.
