What do you like best about Proware CMS?

CMS is really helpful for agrigating all information on a specific case. You can search several ways; by case, court case number, agency case number, etc. I appreciate the ability to go in at any time to make changes or additions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proware CMS?

It is not always the most time-efficient program. There seem to be several steps to go through to find some basic information that could be made easier to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Proware CMS?

Case Management System is good on the basic level of entering the cases and being able to make changes to the entries or continuing to build on the case. It does a great job of being able to search by different methods including case name, agency case numbers, court case numbers and other party information. I like the additional programs that allow you to merge data into documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proware CMS?

There are some functions that are not very user friendly. For example, when I want to check to see who another department I click on one button but then I have to go through a seemingly never ending rabbit hole to get the information that I actually need. It would be nice to have some of the information more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Proware CMS:

It's a great system for heavy case loads. It would be just as good for a smaller case loads although I'm not sure the cost would be worth it. It really is a good system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Proware CMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

The benefits of this software is by far how quickly you can streamline the case from the original entering of the case to being able to add additional information throughout the lifespan of the case and merging different documents. I believe that the software has capabilities that are far beyond what my office has utilized it for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
