**What do you like best about eCourt?**

I enjoy that the program allows to keep track of important upcoming appearance dates for cases and motion return dates.

**What do you dislike about eCourt?**

The dates may be delayed in being updated.

**What problems is eCourt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling of upcoming dates and managing when documents have been filed.

**What do you like best about eCourt?**

the fact that you can easily upload stuff and have it filed in minutes versus wasting time and money on mailings and dropping off documents to actually be filed. and you dont have to wait to have things mailed back.  it really expedites the whole process.

**What do you dislike about eCourt?**

the system is not always easy to use however i truly believe covid has pushed this system to become better due to all the work from home and social distancing.  a lot of constant verifications but understood the reason why they are necessary.

**What problems is eCourt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

speed is definitely a favorite.  i can easily upload things and have them filed in minutes and the have return correspondence in a few days versus having to wait for snail mail.  truly expedites the system.

Ability to design work flows and business rules easily. Ability to use API w agency partners and customize to meet agency workflow needs

**What do you dislike about eCourt?**

Sometimes the hosted environment is a bit frustrating with our firewall and slow network speeds 

**What problems is eCourt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to streamline workflow between agency partners, ability to partner with other shareholders, ability to standardize workflows across department
