What do you like best about C-Track?

The program is user-friendly, and easy to use for individuals with limited computer or technology skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about C-Track?

When there is an error in the system, or pricing for that matter, it is very difficult to track down your sales representative to solve the issue. Although you are able to wait on the customer service line for a varied amount of time, these individuals normally do not know the specific issue with your account. Consider having multiple accounts with Thompson Reuters to obtain a discount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is C-Track solving and how is that benefiting you?

The benefit of C-Track is that filing is easier, especially in courts with a larger amount of cases. We use it predominantly for San Francisco courts, and this has let us have much more time to dedicate to the documents themselves and not worry about the filing.
