**What do you like best about C-Track?**

The case information attribute. Having the ability to review important aspects of a case file without getting lost in other unimportant details.

**What do you dislike about C-Track?**

The only thing that might be an issue is just becoming acquainted with how the system runs.

Fast tracking, operational efficiency

**What do you like best about C-Track?**

The program is user-friendly, and easy to use for individuals with limited computer or technology skills. 

**What do you dislike about C-Track?**

When there is an error in the system, or pricing for that matter, it is very difficult to track down your sales representative to solve the issue. Although you are able to wait on the customer service line for a varied amount of time, these individuals normally do not know the specific issue with your account.

**Recommendations to others considering C-Track:**

Consider having multiple accounts with Thompson Reuters to obtain a discount. 

**What problems is C-Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefit of C-Track is that filing is easier, especially in courts with a larger amount of cases. We use it predominantly for San Francisco courts, and this has let us have much more time to dedicate to the documents themselves and not worry about the filing.

Doesn't capture data automatically. Would like to link to email that captures data instantly

Increases the  speed of retrieving court documents, it reduces file storage and paper costs

It takes time to get used to and learn the filing system

Only use this for large law firms needing to see track of loads of cases.
