What do you like best about Benchmark?

I like that I can go to one site, provide job title, information and location and receive a salary range for my ideal candidate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Benchmark?

I wish I had more time to dive into the tool and explore more. Most recently with COVID, I have not been able to contact customer service and that has been tough when you need questions answered immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Benchmark:

Most recently I have found that my salaries seem low. I've had to compare my results to other sources, like DOL statistics, my local CareerSource board, and I've conducted mini salary surveys amongst my peers.

What problems is Benchmark solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Benchmark?

This tool has a very stable consistency and is one of the most software of our choice in the market. It requires less manpower input and saves much on time and cost. I thus recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Benchmark solving and how is that benefiting you?

This tool has the ability to look at audit detail quickly and the web component for our judiciary and staff. Moving documents between the Clerk and the Judiciary is very easy. It has really reduced on cost and has eliminated paper work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Benchmark?

Ability to design quickly from their templates or to design on your own.
