- Registration was easy
- GUI was user-friendly
- The how-to-use features were very explanatory
- I also loved the FAQ section

**What do you dislike about Tyler Municipal Justice?**

I was logged out a number of times for non-use. I wish there was more time while logged on to the software application.

The various options and features available to us to track cases.

**What do you dislike about Tyler Municipal Justice?**

There is no date on the judgment tab. Sometimes cases return for review multiple times. The judgment tab needs to have some of the same features as the docket comments and clerk comments screens.

**Recommendations to others considering Tyler Municipal Justice:**

Ensure to receive training on the products because there are many features.

**What problems is Tyler Municipal Justice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of cases; payments online - soon will do phone payments. There are various options that are available and we don't know how to use all the features.

**What do you like best about Tyler Municipal Justice?**

Being able to operate without paper and not having to scan all received documents. Having the customer sign and directly file into the cabinet is great.

**What do you dislike about Tyler Municipal Justice?**

The absence of voided receipts in the history is problematic. For auditing purposes, more information and data are needed to address this issue.

parallels -  need to call for certain functions such as new users

ecitation import from brazos with image of ticket , saves manual entry .
ease to set up court docket, on line payments

notifications ancd officer scheduling
