It’s easy to navigate and use. And it’s tailor The CRM to fit specific business needs.

**What do you dislike about Prospects CRM?**

Its lack advanced features compared to other CRMs.

**What problems is Prospects CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps in managing sales opportunities to improve forecasting and conversion rates. It’s Enhancing sales forecasting, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.

**What do you like best about Prospects CRM?**

Directly integrated with Matrix which meant that clients and listing details didn't need to be reentered and were available on either platform.

**What do you dislike about Prospects CRM?**

Prospects' offering of marketing tools is significantly behind what other CRMs are offering.

**What problems is Prospects CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed my to keep track of client information and what listings they were interested in.
