The folks at Projectric are very proud of the tool they have built and want you to be very comfortable in using its utility to the fullest. It was especially helpful to have the tutorials on U-Tube to allow others in the organization, especially new hires, to get acquainted with the system and transition into the project environment. It is a well thought out and intuitive tool to manage the overall arc of any project and creates dynamic work flows to keep projects on track and participants fully engaged on established timelines. It does an especially great job of telling the financial story of any associated micro projects and its relationship to larger projects and overall organizational goals. The survey tools are especially meaningful in discerning and directing specific and overall strategic goals and objectives. Dashboards are simple but provide critical, easily referenceable data points at a glance. Customer service and support from on-boarding to supporting our employees post installation was extraordinary. Their industry experience and knowledge allowed for a consultative approach which was especially helpful for our start up business. **What do you dislike about Projectric?** There is little to dislike about this program and service. They are constantly trying to improve the functionality and utility of the program. Changes are made with the customer in mind and they make every effort to ensure minimal disruption to established protocols and practices. When changes are made though, they represent a thoughtful improvement to process. I only wish I found this tool sooner. The days of trying to understand MS project's overly complex functionalities are hopefully behind me now that I have discovered Projectric. First - The interface is user-friendly, easy to understand and navigate. Second - The ability to manage budgets at the task level helped to simplify my ability to keep development tasks on track and below or at cost. Strongly recommend to all PMs, development managers, and anyone who wants to manage dependencies, timelines, tasks, and budgets. This tool does it all, and it does it well. **What do you dislike about Projectric?** As with all new tools, it takes some adjustment to understand all of the icons and features. However, they are all there and as mentioned before, very intuitive for the level of complexity this tool can handle. After one week of dedication to the tool, I believe your comfort and useability will be very strong. **What problems is Projectric solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool helps me measure and improve business performance by monitoring processes and understanding the pain points in the development lifecycle. ### 4. The collaborative tools work best when users are all from the subscribing company / organization **Recommendations to others considering Projectric:** Give it a try. Much easier than MS project and contains more OOB features than much of the competition. Great UI and intuitive design. **What problems is Projectric solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing multiple teams and projects with different scopes and timelines; Assigning shared team resources across different clients and splitting their capacities. It helps to visualise data and give the wide landscape view of business state. **What do you dislike about Projectric?** It does not look nice and modern. The old interface has plenty of visual issues that make the content quite difficult to perceive. Among them are cumbersome main navigation, absence of visual hierarchy and accents, lack of free space, too tiny font size and too dark colors. Also it is not obvious that some UI elements are clickable. Thus, fixing these issues could be a quite good start towards clear and easy perceptible look. **What problems is Projectric solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nowadays a lot of business owners and accountants use Excel spreadsheets for solving their tasks. And very often they face the inefficiency of spreadsheets for summarizing all data related to project. It can be scattered in dozens of files which can be edited by different people at the same time. Google Docs can partially solve this issue, but still it does not deliver users from wasting tons of time on formatting tables and charts and make them fit specific needs.
