The on boarding was thorough. The folks at Projectric are very proud of the tool they have built and want you to be very comfortable in using its utility to the fullest. It was especially helpful to have the tutorials on U-Tube to allow others in the organization, especially new hires, to get acquainted with the system and transition into the project environment.

It is a well thought out and intuitive tool to manage the overall arc of any project and creates dynamic work flows to keep projects on track and participants fully engaged on established timelines.

It does an especially great job of telling the financial story of any associated micro projects and its relationship to larger projects and overall organizational goals.

The survey tools are especially meaningful in discerning and directing specific and overall strategic goals and objectives. Dashboards are simple but provide critical, easily referenceable data points at a glance.

There is little to dislike about this program and service. They are constantly trying to improve the functionality and utility of the program.

Changes are made with the customer in mind and they make every effort to ensure minimal disruption to established protocols and practices. When changes are made though, they represent a thoughtful improvement to process. The more you use the system, the more the cadence, environment and methodology becomes familiar. As with all new tools, it takes some adjustment to understand all of the icons and features. However, they are all there and as mentioned before, very intuitive for the level of complexity this tool can handle. It does not look nice and modern. The old interface has plenty of visual issues that make the content quite difficult to perceive. Among them are cumbersome main navigation, absence of visual hierarchy and accents, lack of free space, too tiny font size and too dark colors. I am satisfied with your technical management capacity under a precise interface with many tools and organizational capabilities designed to facilitate planning and organization activities, your work table allows you to establish lists of activities, priority lists intelligently and generate reports and monitoring of the portfolio of projects directly and without complications, the interface has an optimal performance from different equipment and devices where I have been able to deploy its functions, manage resources becomes a much more efficient task and with optimal results that improve performance within each project. Its integration with other applications and platforms is limited which prevents improving and enhancing the capabilities of the platform with other complementary resources that are necessary in the office and for daily use, its communication for work teams and functions of collaboration and information exchange are basic and do not meet the most advanced requirements to incorporate the work teams of each project in a fluid and dynamic way.
