The on boarding was thorough. The folks at Projectric are very proud of the tool they have built and want you to be very comfortable in using its utility to the fullest. It was especially helpful to have the tutorials on U-Tube to allow others in the organization, especially new hires, to get acquainted with the system and transition into the project environment. It is a well thought out and intuitive tool to manage the overall arc of any project and creates dynamic work flows to keep projects on track and participants fully engaged on established timelines. It does an especially great job of telling the financial story of any associated micro projects and its relationship to larger projects and overall organizational goals. The survey tools are especially meaningful in discerning and directing specific and overall strategic goals and objectives. Dashboards are simple but provide critical, easily referenceable data points at a glance. Customer service and support from on-boarding to supporting our employees post installation was extraordinary. Their industry experience and knowledge allowed for a consultative approach which was especially helpful for our start up business.

From the moment I began using this tool, my daily tasks became more manageable, enabling development tasks and timelines to be organized with ease. I only wish I found this tool sooner. The days of trying to understand MS project's overly complex functionalities are hopefully behind me now that I have discovered Projectric.
