**What do you like best about prodexa PIM?**

Intuitive operation through modern interfaces, very good tools for import and export mapping and automation, flexible inheritance rules, very flexible data model, very strong performance even with > 1 million product data. The creation of configurator knowledge in the PIM is also supported.

**What do you dislike about prodexa PIM?**

Tools for editing product data as a team are partially lacking, especially for customizable workflows for collaborative data maintenance.

**Recommendations to others considering prodexa PIM:**

prodexa can be configured very well, but support from the manufacturer itself is very useful, especially due to the extensive new developments and feature enhancements with PIM 8.

**What problems is prodexa PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The introduction was very well supported by prodexa's own Professional Services. The connection to the new online shop was easily realized by the e-commerce agency with the help of prodexa. prodexa enables product managers to work with their product data in a straightforward and efficient manner.
