Before, everything was manual, and it took us lots of time to tally our orders and communicate with suppliers about items. P2P ( Procure to Pay ) made our work so simple. It connects our purchase team and suppliers. We can chase our order. Moreover, it created a less paper environment in our hotel. From purchase to payments we follow the PO, and we are not having any problem in the payment process. or in the items order process. **What do you dislike about ProcurePort P2P?** We have been using it and has made our work so easy so there is nothing bad to say about it **What problems is ProcurePort P2P solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before, P2P we were having lots of problems with our purchase order and in payments. The automation has eliminated the manual process making it more efficient. It has also enabled contract compliance enhancing operational efficiency and clearly defining as well as communicating specific contract details. **What do you dislike about ProcurePort P2P?** The procure to pay has made negotiations about the products involved difficult. There are no replies about the quality of the goods. Nevertheless, it has added the costs involved in finding solutions thereby increasing the cost of production. **Recommendations to others considering ProcurePort P2P:** Its the best software that i have ever used that improves inventory management and spending. **What problems is ProcurePort P2P solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has enhanced the customer relationships therefore enabling efficiency in workflow.
