What do you like best about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?

ProcessUnity keeps track of questionnaires that vendors are required to answer. It allows for any number of questionnaires to be used as part of a vendor assessment and has a robust permission system which determines who is able to see what questionnaire, and who is able to answer and ultimately submit the questionnaire. What do you dislike about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?

I'll be honest, there is a lot about ProcessUnity that I don't like.

* No ability to filter and display only the assessments I am working on. I work on a team with about a dozen analysts. I only need to see projects assigned to me. There is no way to filter out the hundreds of reviews by the others and so I must scroll through them every time I move between projects.

* View defaults to showing the oldest project first. This also is one of my greatest problems with this software. Every time I return to the project listing screen, I have to sort by analyst name since it defaults to this particular ordering. Since it goes oldest to newest, the most recent projects are all the way at the bottom of the very long list.

* Limitation of length of question in questionnaire. Some questions are longer than 255 characters, or whatever it was.

* Limitation where a vendor point of contact can only have one questionnaire active at a time. This happened once. A vendor contact had to be removed from one questionnaire so they could be added to another.

* Overall use of the tool is sluggish. No matter where you click, or in what circumstances, there is a noticeable delay and the cursor briefly shows a waiting animation.

* Navigation is clunky, and sometimes it is difficult to flag a question as a finding or add a reviewer comment once a questionnaire has arrived at a particular state.

* There is no way to shut off the automated escalation messages on a per-project basis, even if the project is actively being worked on in that time.

* Dates sort alphabetically (i.e. Apr, Aug, Dec, Feb, Jan, Jul, Jun, Mar, May, Nov, Oct, Sep) Why was this not noticed and fixed? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ProcessUnity TPRM Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using ProcessUnity to perform Third Party Risk Assessments. It maintains the scoping questionnaires answered internally by the business, and thee Consensus Assessment Initiative Questionnaires (CAIQ) answered by the vendors. It allows the flagging of findings and the generation of basic reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
