This configurability supports rapid adaptation to regulatory changes or business needs. I appreciate the configuration change management tool that enables us to make and test changes in a test environment before deploying them to production. The tool has native import/export functionality as well as an open API to make integrating with other systems easy. ProcessUnity recently released AI functionality, which will speed review time for our Information Security team. ProcessUnity has a high quality support team with quick response times and a wealth of knowledge of the tool. In the 7 years I've been using the tool we have experienced only two service interruptions, both lasting less than 4 hours. **What do you dislike about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?** Vendor contact management can be a challenge. Specifically running a report to extract the contacts can be a problem when there are multiple contacts for a single vendor. Additionally, ProcessUnity has made it clear that while there is some basic contract management (user access restrictions, date tracking, manual clause tracking) it is not a CLM tool and I have seen no advancement in this area in the past 5 years. They're not bad, but they are very basic and limited. I'd like to be able to control multiple visuals with a single filter. More visuals, similar to what is offered in PowerBI, would help. We felt very limited in our system with the reporting feature. We would just extract a large data set out and then manipulate it with Excel, or some other tool. We've noticed that we do not have to do that with ProcessUnity. Almost all of our calculations can be done within the reporting tool itself. In some instances, ProcessUnity has actually replaced some of our Excel reports because we can just keep them in the tool and add them to the Workspace of other users. I use Process Unity in a daily basis hence its like a gold mine for me. Updating or replacing documents is straightforward, and a simple login is all you need to retrieve any file. It supports all commonly used formats like Word, Excel, PPT, and PDF, so you can easily access the files you use on a daily basis and helps integrating files of different domains together. The platform is user friendly and takes only a few minutes to understand how to implement the forum and locate the file. Rather than searching through multiple drives and spending time looking for files, I now only need the unique ID of the Study or Case in PU to access all the relevant documents. The tool is easy to use and intuative. The implementation method is good too, they build your carcus and you input the questions as not to wase technical time on the admin elements. Very throught through tool with lots of pre-sets. We have greatly reduced risk in our organisation through the implementation of this tool. **What do you dislike about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?** Very little downsides i would suggest. Some of the pre-sets are USA based, which we unwound but that was relatively easy. It allows for any number of questionnaires to be used as part of a vendor assessment and has a robust permission system which determines who is able to see what questionnaire, and who is able to answer and ultimately submit the questionnaire. **What do you dislike about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?** I'll be honest, there is a lot about ProcessUnity that I don't like. * No ability to filter and display only the assessments I am working on. I work on a team with about a dozen analysts. I only need to see projects assigned to me. There is no way to filter out the hundreds of reviews by the others and so I must scroll through them every time I move between projects. * View defaults to showing the oldest project first. This also is one of my greatest problems with this software. Every time I return to the project listing screen, I have to sort by analyst name since it defaults to this particular ordering. Since it goes oldest to newest, the most recent projects are all the way at the bottom of the very long list. * Limitation of length of question in questionnaire. Some questions are longer than 255 characters, or whatever it was. * Limitation where a vendor point of contact can only have one questionnaire active at a time. This happened once. A vendor contact had to be removed from one questionnaire so they could be added to another. * Overall use of the tool is sluggish.
