I include the GIF in every email and encourage prospective clients to click the video to learn more about my business and how I can help them. A lot of people have replied to my emails and commented on my videos, saying that they learned a lot about what I do from watching the quick 1 - 2 minute videos I provide, and that it was useful to them. I love that for the people that watch them, it instantly gains way more trust than just words on a screen from "other annoying sales rep trying to sell me their services", and they actually get to know me without having to schdeule a call. The reason I use PreviewMe is to give semi interested people an opportunity to reply and find out more. **What do you dislike about PreviewMe?** I struggle to film myself on camera and I am not someone who likes to be recorded, so I end up having to do quite a few takes to get it right - I wish there was more of an editing feature instead of starting over. The other issue I run into sometimes is that prospective clients might view some of my videos as spammy and either won't open them or their company protection won't allow it. **What problems is PreviewMe solving and how is that benefiting you?** The trust factor! I cold outreach via email to a lot of people, and the email signature in particular helps with gaining a prospective client's trust that might not be there after a few heavy text emails to them. I know that once I can talk to someone about what I do and how I can help them, they are usually willing to give it a go. The hardest part was video and whether I felt confident to create it but PreviewMe educated me on creating and guided me through the process **What problems is PreviewMe solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a software startup and we use email for product/feature updates to users and stakeholders. We are seeing higher engagement in personalised video overviews to users and video walk throughs of product updates in those emails. I like how simple the application is to use, it allows me to write a script and record as many times as I wish before sending. PreviewMe is really great because it allows me to reuse the messaging that I have confidence in, personalize it as necessary, and fire it out quickly. Also, I love the branding work they're putting in. **What do you dislike about PreviewMe?** I wish there way even more customization of branding, and I wish there had a chrome extension to make it more integrated into my overall outreach experience. **What problems is PreviewMe solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem I am getting solved is that getting people to actually open outreach emails is hard. Video messages are really great at getting better open rates, but the process of putting them together is hard.
