I mainly use PreviewMe for the email signature video. I include the GIF in every email and encourage prospective clients to click the video to learn more about my business and how I can help them. A lot of people have replied to my emails and commented on my videos, saying that they learned a lot about what I do from watching the quick 1 - 2 minute videos I provide, and that it was useful to them. I love that for the people that watch them, it instantly gains way more trust than just words on a screen from "other annoying sales rep trying to sell me their services", and they actually get to know me without having to schdeule a call. The reason I use PreviewMe is to give semi interested people an opportunity to reply and find out more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PreviewMe? I struggle to film myself on camera and I am not someone who likes to be recorded, so I end up having to do quite a few takes to get it right - I wish there was more of an editing feature instead of starting over. The other issue I run into sometimes is that prospective clients might view some of my videos as spammy and either won't open them or their company protection won't allow it. I cold outreach via email to a lot of people, and the email signature in particular helps with gaining a prospective client's trust that might not be there after a few heavy text emails to them. I know that once I can talk to someone about what I do and how I can help them, they are usually willing to give it a go. The video helps me book more calls than I would otherwise. What do you like best about PreviewMe: - Super simple to use and really intuitive workflow to create and share videos (Previews). - Teleprompter reduced the number of takes and saved time. - I can create a body of generic videos and duplicate them to different audiences in a couple of clicks (scalable) and know when my content is watched and how effective it is. - Great customer support. We are seeing higher engagement in personalised video overviews to users and video walk throughs of product updates in those emails. We are also on the hunt for ambassadors so kicking things off with a video introduction is proving more a effective way of communicating our mission and product than just writing it out. In management and in sales so much of our success is dependent on the relationship we build with the people we are connecting with. Preview me allows me the opportunity to send introductions, messages and follow ups that include well produced video content along with all of the supporting documentation and back up information needed at each stage of the process. I like how simple the application is to use, it allows me to write a script and record as many times as I wish before sending. I also can track who is opening my videos . As a founder who does outreach to people all the time, I know that video is where things are going, but it always felt onerus to make a slick experience. PreviewMe is really great because it allows me to reuse the messaging that I have confidence in, personalize it as necessary, and fire it out quickly. PreviewMe has helped me break into a difficult industry - hospitality. Using the personalised videos has meant I could convey technical concepts faster in a personalised approach. It can be really powerful when used well. The biggest struggle I've had is coming up with new and different content to display in the Previews - the product itself is very easy to use and intuitive.
