What do you like best about PressKitHero?

for smaller nonprofits getting started it's a helpful way to gather everything relevant and control the narrative. It's pretty intuitive and straightforward, didn't need to bother with tutorials or anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PressKitHero?

It's frankly a little simple and most younger tech savvy employees could cobble together the included features with other services. otherwise didn't really dislike anything, it's really about if it's value added and I think for us it was helpful to just think about what we would need to include in a packet. Recommendations to others considering PressKitHero:

Know your employees capabilities--especially for older, less savvy employees this can be a way to gather relevant media in a simple, straightforward manner, also gives smaller org a sense of ownership over how they are covered and what information they put out there. Especially helpful when dealing with small hometown news orgs as they tend to go include the first info they can google! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
