On top of that, it does a better job than a lot of CRM options for showing me a client's total picture. **What do you dislike about PreciseFP?** All we need is even more ways to access and manipulate data! Since I'm a total data nerd, I run into this situation with all of our tech stack. I realize that the more sophisticated you make a piece of software, the more training is required for responsible use, and the more things can break, but I sure wish there was a way for "power users" to dig even deeper! **What problems is PreciseFP solving and how is that benefiting you?** PreciseFP creates a complete, sophisticated and repeatable process for all of our advisors to gather data from their clients. It removes concerns around client software compatibility and makes it easy to understand where a client may be in the onboarding pipeline. ### 2. My clients also find Precise FP very easy and intuitive to use when they enter their information. **What do you dislike about PreciseFP?** Sometimes, precise FP doesn't have the forms that would be helpful to use in my business. However, Precise FP is always open for suggestions for new worksheets and forms **What problems is PreciseFP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Initial client onboarding becomes“hands off” by having clients complete the worksheets and forms which are then immediately uploaded to our CRM. It frees up staff time in data entry that is handled more efficiently with the Precise FP program. ### 3. I use it for data gathering, onboarding, monitoring financial plans, document uploads, and I used to use it for client paperwork before moving to Altruist. It integrates well with many other software that I use, especially eMoney. Best of all is their customer support - they are amazing! **What do you dislike about PreciseFP?** There aren't many good ways to get account balances into PreciseFP. I would like to have a single sign-on ability with eMoney to prevent too many client logins. The price isn't unreasonable but there are no discounts available other than through XYPN, even for paying annually versus monthly. It's almost a substitute for a CRM but not without task and workflow functions. **What problems is PreciseFP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Onboarding, client engagement, plan monitoring, data uploads, integrations. ### 4. Having it integrated with my CRM is even better. **What do you dislike about PreciseFP?** There are a few limitations to the formating, which does make the form look a bit off when using the conditional formating option. For example, only show box 2 if box 1 is answered with "yes". If box 1 responds with "no", then there is a gab between box 1 and 3. **What problems is PreciseFP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to send a form out prior to a meeting to collect the information we need better helps us prepare for the meeting. We have found a good amount of information being added to the form that the client never mentioned. ### 5. Being able to also have high security for compliance is a big factor as well.The customer support within the chat is extremely helpful from simple to extremely complex issues. We utilize PreciseFP on every client due to the helpful web address directly to the client login. The integrations are helpful for pushing a lot of information and data over to our CRM, Wealthbox and keeps everything up to date and uniform. **What do you dislike about PreciseFP?** The implementation of PreciseFP has taken a while to see where it fits into our practice but, we were able to implement it into our practice and find where it is most optimally used, but was very difficult due to its customizable features. For some clients a huge data gathering form can be overwhelming so we found that many clients were skipping information that they didnt think was necessary to provide. With PreciseFP we have been able to design our data gathering template to be interactive for the client. We choose to display less questions as the client starts the plan, but with special settings PFP provides we were able to make more questions appear depending on their answers to previous questions. We are able to easily identify for clients which sections are mandatory for them to answer, and this feature has significantly cut down the amount of back and forth time we spent gathering necessary information for clients plans. **What do you dislike about PreciseFP?** I wish there was a way to know the client was finished, without relying on them to click finished, as a very small percentage of our clients actually click the finished button. **What problems is PreciseFP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data gathering was a legnthy and time consuming process that involved a lot of back and forth and added more hours to our planning process. What do you think about these options? 1. You can use our Form Template Translation option to reword 'Finish' entirely. I like to suggest 'Submit and Close', but the possibilities are endless and you can change much more than the 'Finish' button, if you want. 2. You can enable the 'Confirmation' option in the Themes editor located under 'Display Sections' and customize the confirmation message that will now pop up when someone clicks the 'Finish' button--if that's what the button still says. It ain't let me add them to this software on my end because it will say their email is already in use. We use it as a reference for important concepts, numbers, and milestones. We share it with clients and prospects, and COIs. We are using it more than all but three tools in our practice. Some advisors are overwhelmed by the customizability. More form templates from custodians would be nice - it would make precise a one stop shop for client paperwork **What problems is PreciseFP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data gathering is the most obvious answer. This can be applied to new clients or existing clients. It puts the onus of inputting the information on the person who usually has all the info available. ### 29. There should be a second group called "super users" where non admin are provisioned to make adjustments to certain administrative settings **What problems is PreciseFP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Capacity, simplicity, ease of use, and consistency. We had an antiquated client intake form that only had the data point necessary for the most common types of new account forms. It wasn't smooth and it wasn't easy to use. ### 30.
