What do you like best about Praxedo?

I love how easy it is to find every answer you are looking for, for your customers. E.i. Last work order, pictures of the issue at hand, it is very easy to use. This program brought us into the 21st century, we do not work with paper copies anymore and keep track of everything. I am able to support customers with prompt answers regarding returns on calls, quotes, etc, since everything is directly on my screen, I don't need to way after a technician to bring in papers to be able to follow up. What do you dislike about Praxedo?

Certain things are extra that I think should be included in the base price. (Example: the reports you can general to see effectiveness, cost, sales, etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Praxedo?

I have worked with Praxedo in our company both as a technician and as an admin. Since I also worked on the configuration of the workflow, I am naturally somewhat biased.

From a technician's perspective, I can say that I really enjoy using the app for work, even though it needs some minor improvements. I appreciate the pleasant, non-overloaded design and the intuitive, self-explanatory navigation. What I like most is the automatic creation of documentation. Additionally, I am pleased with the real-time scheduling by dispatchers. The synchronizations run reliably and quickly.

Since I have also trained colleagues on the product, I can provide similar feedback on their behalf.

The integration of SAP was challenging but also exciting. Not everything could be implemented as we had envisioned, but the product team is happy to receive feedback from their customers and quickly implements it depending on the amount of feedback in that direction.

I can't say much about the price, but I do believe that digitalization on the shop floor is both necessary and will, in the long run, economically bear fruit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Praxedo?

We are a demanding customer, we know that. Therefore, not everything can be implemented according to our expectations, and certainly not at the speed we imagine.

One detail that I, as a technician, miss very much is the ability to print directly from the app. You always have to download the PDF of the report to the device, which uses up storage space that you then have to manually free up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
