I like how easy it is to create different forms and for the technicians to fill them out from the application, with everything being recorded. The interface is easy to read; although there are still aspects to improve, overall it is intuitive (its planning is simple). Its connection with Business Central is good (it allows me to keep track of which services have not yet been billed along with the service prices), but we only link the orders that we need to bill, as those that are not billable would remain active, creating noise in the data. The support service is very good, Gabriel has helped me whenever we have problems, questions, or ideas for improving the interface.
