What do you like best about Praxedo?

The Praxedo team (Mattia, Will, and Maura) have been amazing at implementing the program specifically for us. They are quick to answer and questions and fix any road blocks we face. Praxedo has enabled us to have a platform that will work remotely for our technicians and in two separate offices. We all can work together without being in the same place. The technicians find the program to work well through their tablets on job sites. The program has secured our data in one location, no longer fearing a crash of a program. We are looking forward to using the program throughout the year and having the reoccurring appointment reminders to take place automatically. All of our data is together in one program and not in multiple spreadsheets. The ease of using the program will be very beneficial for the future of our company. What do you dislike about Praxedo?

There are still some additions to the program that would help our manager. Having an option for quoting future jobs would make it even more user friendly. What do you like best about Praxedo?

Everything is one place. Instead of carrying paperwork or using multiple programs, they can do everything in one place—from getting job details to capturing signatures and completing forms. It’s a clean, easy process. The app even tracks a history of everything that’s been sent, so we always have a clear record. We started running weekly reports for our management meetings off Praxedo and are very happy with the ease of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Praxedo?

"I only have great things to say about this software, my team and I love how easy it is use."
What do you like best about Praxedo?

I love how easy it is to find every answer you are looking for, for your customers. E.i. Last work order, pictures of the issue at hand, it is very easy to use. This program brought us into the 21st century, we do not work with paper copies anymore and keep track of everything. I am able to support customers with prompt answers regarding returns on calls, quotes, etc, since everything is directly on my screen, I don't need to way after a technician to bring in papers to be able to follow up. What do you dislike about Praxedo?

Certain things are extra that I think should be included in the base price. (Example: the reports you can general to see effectiveness, cost, sales, etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Praxedo?

Praxedo has been key in optimizing during a huge growth period, the ability to schedule activities based on geographic areas to qualified techs has made a significant difference in our efficiency. The auto notifications built to keep our customers updated has brought us into the present and customers appreciate it. What do you dislike about Praxedo?

If I had to pull out one thing that is less than optimal, I would like to be able to scheduled reports and the report export is not in a usable format, some excel magic is required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Praxedo?

The Recurring work orders are the are the most helfull for me as we have maintance contracts that need to be done every month, so once i set up each techs work in the system it keeps populating Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Praxedo?

There are not real doswn sides to praxedo the only thing I would like is that wen I schedual 2 tech for a job it would be nice if each one could complete the job not just the tech assigned as the lead Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Praxedo?

The best part about Praxedo according to me is that it is user-friendly. From setting it up till getting started on it. Everyone gets a hang of it super easily be it team members, technicians, supervisor or even customer. It provides a easy and quick settings according to your requirement. What do you dislike about Praxedo?

Well It could be more stable. Sometimes it is a difficult task to gather large amount of data on praxedo. The desktop portal freezes which is not frequent though but can be worked upon. .
