What do you like best about Praxedo?

What I like most about Praxedo is the ease of use, the versatility with which you can remove and add fields to create forms, and that it is cloud-based, allowing you to access it from anywhere in the world without losing information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Praxedo?

The only drawback I would mention is that we can't customize certain things that would interest us as a company. But I understand that in the end, it's not a custom application. What do you like best about Praxedo?

The intuitive user interface and the individual design of each checklist. One gets a very good overview of individual tasks and remains very flexible. We use Praxedo in service, in-house as well as directly with the customer. This allows us to cover multiple areas of activity for the respective technicians. What do you dislike about Praxedo?

There are few major issues that can be improved. Often, the devil is in the details, which are more individual than system-related problems. "Easy Work Order Tracking on the Go with Praxedo—Keeps Field Jobs Organized"
What do you like best about Praxedo?

What I like best about Praxedo is how easy it makes managing and tracking work orders in the field for our guys at South Central Connect. The mobile app lets me see my assigned jobs, update ticket statuses, add notes, and upload photos all ine one place. It keeps everything organized and reduces back and forth communication with dispatch. The scheduling and real time updates also help me stay efficient when moving between multiple sites in a day. What do you dislike about Praxedo?

What do you like best about Praxedo?

The WEB interface is very well structured, self-explanatory through the option of a legend. The status of the operations is displayed quickly and clearly through the color-coded operations! The search for customers / locations / systems is very easy to handle and operate / search. What do you dislike about Praxedo?

News/Changes in the admin settings regarding the different user profiles and their possibilities in terms of restrictions are not communicated to the admin in a timely manner. Therefore, information to the admin about ongoing changes would be helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Praxedo?

I have worked with Praxedo in our company both as a technician and as an admin. Since I also worked on the configuration of the workflow, I am naturally somewhat biased.

From a technician's perspective, I can say that I really enjoy using the app for work, even though it needs some minor improvements. I appreciate the pleasant, non-overloaded design and the intuitive, self-explanatory navigation. What I like most is the automatic creation of documentation. Additionally, I am pleased with the real-time scheduling by dispatchers. The synchronizations run reliably and quickly.

Since I have also trained colleagues on the product, I can provide similar feedback on their behalf.

The integration of SAP was challenging but also exciting. Not everything could be implemented as we had envisioned, but the product team is happy to receive feedback from their customers and quickly implements it depending on the amount of feedback in that direction.

I can't say much about the price, but I do believe that digitalization on the shop floor is both necessary and will, in the long run, economically bear fruit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Praxedo?

We are a demanding customer, we know that. Therefore, not everything can be implemented according to our expectations, and certainly not at the speed we imagine.

One detail that I, as a technician, miss very much is the ability to print directly from the app. You always have to download the PDF of the report to the device, which uses up storage space that you then have to manually free up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Remote Teams and Centralizes Data Seamlessly"
What do you like best about Praxedo?

The Praxedo team (Mattia, Will, and Maura) have been amazing at implementing the program specifically for us. They are quick to answer and questions and fix any road blocks we face. Praxedo has enabled us to have a platform that will work remotely for our technicians and in two separate offices. We all can work together without being in the same place. The technicians find the program to work well through their tablets on job sites. The program has secured our data in one location, no longer fearing a crash of a program. We are looking forward to using the program throughout the year and having the reoccurring appointment reminders to take place automatically. All of our data is together in one program and not in multiple spreadsheets. The ease of using the program will be very beneficial for the future of our company. There are still some additions to the program that would help our manager. Having an option for quoting future jobs would make it even more user friendly. What do you like best about Praxedo?

1. Quick overview, where is which technician

2. Reports are visible and clear for everyone immediately after execution (photo documentation integrated)

3. Planning of new assignments is very clear

4. Search functions/templates

For us, it was important to always have a contact person available.

What also convinced us was the step-by-step introduction. We started with 3 test users and were able to gradually gather experience and provide feedback for improvements. What do you dislike about Praxedo?

1. The program is very rigid in some processes and difficult to adapt. For example, updating logs. Over time, some content may change, and since we plan far in advance / the orders are transferred to Praxedo, they usually have an old log stored. Implementation is difficult here.

2. Already existing functions are no longer supported or included through adjustments/releases by Praxedo. Displaying images in logs. These are no longer included since the switch to the new app. However, the logs for commissioning are partly built with images.

3. Evaluation always only T-365 (not from 01.01. – 31.12.)

4. Display in the cockpit is not very informative

5. Overnight tours are difficult to plan

Praxedo is clearly structured and can be operated intuitively. The scheduling works quickly and reliably, and the mobile app makes it easier for our technicians to document directly on site. Particularly helpful is the real-time synchronization, so that everyone is immediately up to date. The ability to customize forms to our own processes is also a great advantage.
