**What do you like best about Praxedo?**

First and foremost, I’d highlight the traceability of operations. When a work order is opened, we can see exactly when it’s executed and when it’s closed; and if it hasn’t been resolved, we can understand why. In that sense, we’ve gained a great deal of visibility and control. It’s much easier to track every job and quickly understand the status of ongoing work orders.

With Praxedo, we’ve also improved the quality of our service. Because we can schedule appointments more precisely, customers know when the technician will arrive, which helps them plan ahead when their presence is required.

Traceability: Job tracking is comprehensive and practical.

Functionality: It simplifies field operations and improves efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Praxedo?**

Praxedo seems designed almost exclusively for field work with mobile technicians. If a company also handles internal repairs or maintenance at a fixed facility, adapting Praxedo’s workflows to a more static, on-site environment can become fairly complicated.

**What problems is Praxedo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In managing drinking water supply and wastewater services, we handle a large volume of work orders that are sent from the back office to field technicians (in addition to those they can create themselves in the app). More specifically, everything related to subscriber management—new connections, disconnections, meter maintenance, and the resolution of service incidents—was handled, before Praxedo, with very basic software that we were not satisfied with and that had a very unfriendly interface. Praxedo has effectively streamlined the management of all these work orders, giving us better control and improved traceability of field operations. Additionally, we have integrated Praxedo with our subscriber management application via an API, and we have work orders in real-time in our own management software

**What do you like best about Praxedo?**

What I like most about Praxedo is the ease of use, the versatility with which you can remove and add fields to create forms, and that it is cloud-based, allowing you to access it from anywhere in the world without losing information.

**What do you dislike about Praxedo?**

The only drawback I would mention is that we can't customize certain things that would interest us as a company. But I understand that in the end, it's not a custom application. Although it's true that every so often they update it, and with the improvements, they usually cover almost all the needs.

**What problems is Praxedo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem it best solves is the centralized management of all our technicians. And having all the work reports on a single platform. Not like in the past when all the paper reports could be lost or deteriorated.

The benefit is the elimination of paper. The immediate information we have in the office and the improvement of our professional image in front of our clients (communities, administrators).

**What do you like best about Praxedo?**

Super easy to work with. We use it Stand-Allone, so no Integrations to other Software. Greate and easy UI, ultra fast performance and okay price.
Perfect onboarding, always nice and helpful experiences with everybody I came in touch with.
We don´t use any AI-Features. But maybe we will explore something that fits in our workflow later on.

**What do you dislike about Praxedo?**

I work in the office and as an technichian - so I need two licences. The price per licence is very okay - but if one man needs two? That´s getting expensive very fast...

**What problems is Praxedo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Praxedo reduced the number of printed pages by approximately 75%. That´s greate! Also it made it possible for us to get our clients to sign our contracts on the iPad of our technicians.

**What do you like best about Praxedo?**

The intuitive user interface and the individual design of each checklist. One gets a very good overview of individual tasks and remains very flexible. We use Praxedo in service, in-house as well as directly with the customer. This allows us to cover multiple areas of activity for the respective technicians. Also, very good support helps us to continuously develop topics further.

**What do you dislike about Praxedo?**

There are few major issues that can be improved. Often, the devil is in the details, which are more individual than system-related problems. For example, if the individual tasks of the technicians are not completed immediately, a backlog accumulates in their workload until completion.

**What problems is Praxedo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling of technicians. Previously, I had no clear overview of who was doing what. Now, planning is significantly easier: with a time horizon and the respective workload for each technician.

**What do you like best about Praxedo?**

What I like best about Praxedo is how easy it makes managing and tracking work orders in the field for our guys at South Central Connect. The mobile app lets me see my assigned jobs, update ticket statuses, add notes, and upload photos all ine one place. It keeps everything organized and reduces back and forth communication with dispatch. The scheduling and real time updates also help me stay efficient when moving between multiple sites in a day.

**What do you dislike about Praxedo?**

I have not really ran into anything that I have disliked about the app, its actually been pretty stable and pretty handy in every aspect.

**What problems is Praxedo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Praxedo solves the problem of keeping work orders, scheduling and field updates organized in one system. Instead of juggling calls, juggling what work orders are being worked on, juggling what service calls are needing to be scheduled. I can see all my assigned jobs, update statuses in real time, attach photos, and leave notes directly from my office.

The WEB interface is very well structured, self-explanatory through the option of a legend. The status of the operations is displayed quickly and clearly through the color-coded operations! The search for customers / locations / systems is very easy to handle and operate / search. The admin has many options to intervene in the design of the forms, thus providing a very customer and service-oriented handling of the software.

**What do you dislike about Praxedo?**

News/Changes in the admin settings regarding the different user profiles and their possibilities in terms of restrictions are not communicated to the admin in a timely manner. Therefore, information to the admin about ongoing changes would be helpful!

**What problems is Praxedo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem solutions based on our operational desires are implemented by the employees of PXO as quickly as possible! The advantage of this PXO software is that it can be adapted to the operational requirements!

**What do you like best about Praxedo?**

I have worked with Praxedo in our company both as a technician and as an admin. Since I also worked on the configuration of the workflow, I am naturally somewhat biased.

From a technician's perspective, I can say that I really enjoy using the app for work, even though it needs some minor improvements. I appreciate the pleasant, non-overloaded design and the intuitive, self-explanatory navigation. What I like most is the automatic creation of documentation. Additionally, I am pleased with the real-time scheduling by dispatchers. The synchronizations run reliably and quickly.

Since I have also trained colleagues on the product, I can provide similar feedback on their behalf.

The integration of SAP was challenging but also exciting. Not everything could be implemented as we had envisioned, but the product team is happy to receive feedback from their customers and quickly implements it depending on the amount of feedback in that direction.

I can't say much about the price, but I do believe that digitalization on the shop floor is both necessary and will, in the long run, economically bear fruit.

**What do you dislike about Praxedo?**

We are a demanding customer, we know that. Therefore, not everything can be implemented according to our expectations, and certainly not at the speed we imagine.
One detail that I, as a technician, miss very much is the ability to print directly from the app. You always have to download the PDF of the report to the device, which uses up storage space that you then have to manually free up.

**What problems is Praxedo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With our old system, we struggled a lot with standardization. Praxedo now gives us the opportunity to use SAP as the data master and, with its basic functions, to support the scheduling of orders on the shop floor visually and integratively. We benefit from the planning mechanisms and the interaction with SAP, allowing us to establish a uniform standard at our service stations worldwide.

**What do you like best about Praxedo?**

The Praxedo team (Mattia, Will, and Maura) have been amazing at implementing the program specifically for us. They are quick to answer and questions and fix any road blocks we face.  Praxedo has enabled us to have a platform that will work remotely for our technicians and in two separate offices.  We all can work together without being in the same place.  The technicians find the program to work well through their tablets on job sites.  The program has secured our data in one location, no longer fearing a crash of a program. We are looking forward to using the program throughout the year and having the reoccurring appointment reminders to take place automatically.  All of our data is together in one program and not in multiple spreadsheets. The ease of using the program will be very beneficial for the future of our company.

**What do you dislike about Praxedo?**

There are still some additions to the program that would help our manager.  Having an option for quoting future jobs would make it even more user friendly. We will be able to follow-up with more information after we have been using it for a longer period of time.

**What problems is Praxedo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our communication, through the program, for multiple people keeps everyone working together.  Once completely implemented, we will have less need for excessive amounts of paper files.  All of our data and files were in multiple spreadsheets and the fear of the program crashing or losing files is gone.  The idea is to keep everything simple, workflow efficiency, and clear communication.

**What do you like best about Praxedo?**

2. Reports are visible and clear for everyone immediately after execution (photo documentation integrated)
3. Planning of new assignments is very clear

For us, it was important to always have a contact person available.
What also convinced us was the step-by-step introduction. We started with 3 test users and were able to gradually gather experience and provide feedback for improvements. Our adjustments were and are always addressed, and thus the product is continuously developed.

**What do you dislike about Praxedo?**

1. The program is very rigid in some processes and difficult to adapt. For example, updating logs. Over time, some content may change, and since we plan far in advance / the orders are transferred to Praxedo, they usually have an old log stored. Implementation is difficult here.

2. Already existing functions are no longer supported or included through adjustments/releases by Praxedo. Displaying images in logs. These are no longer included since the switch to the new app. However, the logs for commissioning are partly built with images.

3. Evaluation always only T-365 (not from 01.01. – 31.12.)

4. Display in the cockpit is not very informative

5. Overnight tours are difficult to plan

6. Feedback on pending adjustments is very slow

Praxedo is clearly structured and can be operated intuitively. The scheduling works quickly and reliably, and the mobile app makes it easier for our technicians to document directly on site. Particularly helpful is the real-time synchronization, so that everyone is immediately up to date. The ability to customize forms to our own processes is also a great advantage. Overall, Praxedo makes our processes noticeably simpler and more transparent.

The offline usage generally works well, but occasionally shows minor weaknesses – depending on the device and environment.

**What do you like best about Praxedo?**

Everything is one place.  Instead of carrying paperwork or using multiple programs, they can do everything in one place—from getting job details to capturing signatures and completing forms. It’s a clean, easy process. The app even tracks a history of everything that’s been sent, so we always have a clear record.  We started running weekly reports for our management meetings off Praxedo and are very happy with the ease of it.

**What do you dislike about Praxedo?**

The only thing I can think of is that it logs you out of the web app after not being access for a little while.

**What problems is Praxedo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Praxedo, our biggest challenge was a lack of efficiency in scheduling and tracking. Our customer service team would waste a lot of time manually looking up where technicians were and where they were going. We were relying on Google Maps, which wasn’t always accurate. This led to technicians being sent on inefficient routes, causing wasted drive time and a lot of frustration.

On top of that, our workflow was fragmented. We used a separate program for paperwork and sending documents, like DocuSign, to our technicians. This made it difficult to track what had been sent and whether it had been received. We knew we needed a single solution that could handle everything to eliminate these extra steps and communication breakdowns.

I like how smoothly the process runs. It’s simple and efficient, and the training is truly top-notch. I can't say enough good things about Mattia. He is always available to answer questions and is very patient and knowledgeable.

Honestly, I haven’t found a single thing I don’t like about Praxedo.

**What do you like best about Praxedo?**

I love how easy it is to find every answer you are looking for, for your customers. E.i. Last work order, pictures of the issue at hand, it is very easy to use. This program brought us into the 21st century, we do not work with paper copies anymore and keep track of everything. I am able to support customers with prompt answers regarding returns on calls, quotes, etc, since everything is directly on my screen, I don't need to way after a technician to bring in papers to be able to follow up.

**What do you dislike about Praxedo?**

Certain things are extra that I think should be included in the base price. (Example: the reports you can general to see effectiveness, cost, sales, etc)

**What problems is Praxedo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Technical issues with pictures that were not showing up, they fixed it within a day.

**What do you like best about Praxedo?**

Praxedo has been key in optimizing during a huge growth period, the ability to schedule activities based on geographic areas to qualified techs has made a significant difference in our efficiency. The auto notifications built to keep our customers updated has brought us into the present and customers appreciate it. Our account team has been second to none, and were one of the deciding factors, and their continued support it remarkable.

**What do you dislike about Praxedo?**

If I had to pull out one thing that is less than optimal, I would like to be able to scheduled reports and the report export is not in a usable format, some excel magic is required.

**What problems is Praxedo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a smaller integrated workforce (Install and support) we needed to increase our efficiency in able to support our growth.

The Recurring work orders are the are the most helfull for me as we have maintance contracts that need to be done every month, so once i set up each techs work in the system it keeps populating

There are not real doswn sides to praxedo the only thing I would like is that wen I schedual 2 tech for a job it would be nice if each one could complete the job not just the tech assigned as the lead

Praxedo solved the tracking of each service job and the easy schedualing of the recurring jobs

**What do you like best about Praxedo?**

The best part about Praxedo according to me is that it is user-friendly. From setting it up till getting started on it. Everyone gets a hang of it super easily be it team members, technicians, supervisor or even customer. It provides a easy and quick settings according to your requirement. Therefore, the second best thing is you can customize it as per choice. Also, easy field data reporting is a plus.

**What do you dislike about Praxedo?**

Well It could be more stable. Sometimes it is a difficult task to gather large amount of data on praxedo. The desktop portal freezes which is not frequent though but can be worked upon. . Apart from that it's a great platform to meet your business requirements.

Benefits of using Praxedo is that I didn't have to waste a lot of my time setting it up and learning how does this thing works. It was easy not just for me but almost every team member. Field data gathering has never been so easy. We can effortlessly keep a track on the data and team members. Therefore it provides easy solution to data reporting.

Great product of SaaS and cloud where cost effectiveness and operational expenditure are very less.
Deployment time had been decreased using this software for the companies.
Accessible on all the mobile devices available in the market make it very user friendly and effective.
One of the old software recognised the challenges of customer and solves it within the timeframe.

Although everything in the software is good still there is room for the improvement as the users are growing the server is becoming slow .
So it is better to use the elasticity to make the product better.
User handling becomes easy.
