PowerSchool Perform Reviews & Product Details

Perform makes it easy to group and setup mangers/supervisors for subsets of employees with ease. It also integrates into eFP and the data excahnge setup is relativly easy. Users for the most part seem to be able to jump right into it making the software easy to use. Setup of the sofware was also very easy, however we already have other TalentED software in use such as records, which ties into each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support is lacking espcially when there is an issue between Perfrom and eFP. Some users have experienced issues with copy and pasting as they write their reviews outside the system and then paste them in once thier done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to move our paper evaluation system to the PowerSchool Unified Talent Perform platform streamlines the entire review process. It is easy for end-users to review, comment and sign their yearly evaluation or probationary period review. The system makes these reviews available for future reference where in the past an employee would need to maintain thier own hard copy or contact Human Resources to view their file. As a teacher, I like that I can log into one portal and access my current contract and other signed forms, as well as complete my annual evaluation forms quickly and submit them to my supervisors. We already use other PowerSchool products, so the learning curve for this piece was quick! I also really like that this program creates a digital footprint that other districts across my state use so that if I were to transfer, other schools could see what I have already completed. There are many places to click within Perform! When we first started using the program, it took us some time to navigate and figure out how to upload and sign forms. Once we got that figured out, it was smooth sailing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to use! It is so great for a connection between teachers and parents. I use the grade book most frequently, and it is so clear and easy to use on both sides (parent and teacher). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes if the internet connection is lost, it does not notify you that the grades being entered are not being saved. Notifications on the lost connection would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
